I look for someone who shows up when they say they will, speaks plainly, honors their word, and handles the job efficiently without surprises. That standard has served me well over the years. I found Maddison through a Yelp request that went out to several auto lockout services. A few never responded. Others quoted one price to get my attention, then tried to tack on additional charges. Maddison responded right away. He said he could come out at 9 p.m., but also pointed out that it would cost less if we scheduled for early the next morning. I appreciated the straightforward advice and our clear text communication. The next morning, he arrived exactly when he said he would and charged precisely what he had quoted the evening before. He resolved my lockout quickly and professionally. He also let me know he could replace my lost key fob with an OEM unit, including cutting and programming, at a price well below what the dealership would charge. I'm impressed with this young man and the way he runs his business. The next time I need a locksmith, he'll be my first call.
