I got a good feeling as soon as the office manager Amanda picked up the phone and responded warmly to my last-minute request for an appointment. I was looking for a mechanic who could inspect a used car I was considering buying. (I had just driven in from out of state and in retrospect should have known to call ahead to set up an appointment, note to self.) Despite being clearly in high demand and booked solid, they were able to find a way to fit me in that day. The owner George's frank assessment proved invaluable and gave me the peace of mind to make a major financial decision. His expertise saved me from what would likely have been a major future headache with one car, while providing information about the pros and cons of a second car that I ended up deciding was a good fit. I cannot emphasize enough how precious their honest, top-notch expertise was, especially notable given all the pressures everyone is under these days. Hats off to the whole team, so grateful.

The first time I went, I was having a problem with my car so I dropped it of for a diagnosis, but came back to a bill for around $200 and a "fixed" muffler. The problem was that my muffler had been covered under a Midas warranty, and had I been notified of the cause of the problem, I would have been able to replace the muffler for free. Other times have been perfectly run-of-the-mill and I haven't had repeat problems with things that have been repaired here. The cost is nothing to write home about, but the nighttime drop off is handy.

I didn't have an appoint and he took the car right in, found the culprit (small nail) and repaired it within 20 minutes! He didn't rob me for the repair as well! Even tho I'm not from the area, I give Walt's and especially Jamie 5 STARS. Outstanding!

I didn't feel like laying on the cold ground and at my age it was time to let a garage do the work. I took it to Walts for a oil and filter change $75 for 5qts of fully synthetic oil and filter. When I got home I found over a qt. shy of oil and they never changed the filter. The oil on the dip stick looked like used oil. If you treasure your vehicles and you want them to last I suggest shop around. If you have someone you know family or friend that has some mechanical background. Have them look at the work that was done.

So when I come across a shop that's extremely honest, efficient and reliable, I definitely have to write a review! The mechanics who work here are very trustworthy and can basically fix anything and everything. I had a bunch of issues with my car and Joe fixed everything. I was completely and totally satisfied and happy. He also explained everything in a way that I could understand and put me at ease. There are very few businesses out there that genuinely care about their customers. JT Auto truly cares about providing their customers and their cars with the best service. As for the reviews that complain about how their cars weren't able to be worked on because of how busy they are - it only speaks to the high quality of work that JT Auto does - when people find a great and honest place to get their cars serviced and fixed - they stick with it. So it makes sense, that they'd be busy. I highly recommend JT Auto!!!

There were plenty of photos from all angles including the interior and engine. The photos were clear and I could tell a great deal about the car due to the high resolution pics. When I contacted PJ's I spoke to Danh who was friendly and responded courteously to all my questions. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and confident that it would perform well since PJ's Automotive is also a maintenance shop. I came from over an hour away to check out the car. I was relieved to see that the photos represented the quality of the vehicle accurately. I also appreciated that their facility was clean and well maintained. As soon as I finished the test drive I was sold on the car. I went to the RMV down the street and picked up my plates. PJ's was able to recommend a local station to perform the inspection and I drove it home that day. The vehicle has been running smoothly and I am very happy that I bought it. Overall, the experience couldn't have gone any better. If you see a vehicle at PJ's Automotive that you like I recommend that you check it out!
