He provided meaningful information and was candid with his recommendation as to what motor I needed. I elected to get the door with insulation. He gave me an estimate for the parts and labor, and I had the work done a few days ago. I contacted Aldo with additional questions, and he quickly responded. The technician installed doors with insulation, and a chain motor. To my surprise, the chain motor is very quiet for a chain drive, especially in contrast to the old door and motor. Our driveway gate (solar powered) quit working and I did my best through internet research to…read morediagnose the problem. It appeared from my testing and checking that it was the "controller board" which I could have bought online from the gate manufacturer for almost $600. I called Reliable Overhead Door and was told they sold a newer model controller for less than $500 if that was truly what it needed. They sent their crew of Ryan and Caleb out within hours, and after spending less than an hour on site they discovered a ground wire that had been cut by the continuous open/closing of the gate. It honestly wasn't wired very well 12 years ago by the company that built and installed the gate in my opinion. I was charged just for the service call - labor and minor parts to repair the broken wire were included. These folks know their business, were quick to respond and are extremely fair in their pricing plus they were cordial and professional throughout the process. Strongly recommended.
