Through unfortunate situations, we happen to meet people who have a positive impact on our lives…read more Javier from Jeff's did just that. We were headed down to the coast for a few weeks, towing our new golf cart on a trailer behind our truck when our truck suddenly lost power and died on the side of I37. We were like sitting ducks with 18-wheelers flying by us at 75 mph. Nearly panicking, we called AAA. We were blessed they are contracted with Jeff's. Within an hour, Javier pulled up and proceeded to rescue us! His experience was immediately obvious, both in safety and towing. Our panic melted away as he quickly and expertly loaded us up and pulled off the highway. He towed us 85 miles to our repair shop to drop off the truck and then to our house to drop us off with the golf cart and trailer. While this experience was frustrating due to our breakdown, we were so pleased with the wonderful service we received from Jeff's through Javier. Thank you so much.

It turned out that I was given the wrong part and having only one car, this placed me in a bind. Ruben got on the phone with the auto parts store, apprised them of the situation and even ran up the street and picked up the correct parts for me. Also, and this is huge, Warhawk's prices are VERY fair. I went to another shop, one that rhymes with DebtToys and what a rip off. When I inquired on the price, I was told "I gotta pay my guys what a dealer would." I then thought, "well then why not just go to a dealer?" Anyway I am so happy and confident in Warhawk that I will call upon them or bring my vehicle to their shop for all my automotive repair needs. I would advise you do as well.
