We called 5 or 6 different places before calling Tristens Towing and everyone had a 2-4 hour wait. Tristens Towing answered after 2 rings and told my husband it would be 45 minutes and the price was a lot less than what all the others were charging on top of it all. And they hooked up and were on the way to my house within 5 minutes of them getting to us! Definitely will use them again if I ever need a tow, crossing my fingers I won't need a tow truck for a while if not ever but they will be my first and only call for sure!! They claimed to accept responsibility for it but kept giving me the run around. Absolutely no manager who would speak to me and cover the damages.
