Through unfortunate situations, we happen to meet people who have a positive impact on our lives. Javier from Jeff's did just that. We were headed down to the coast for a few weeks, towing our new golf cart on a trailer behind our truck when our truck suddenly lost power and died on the side of I37. We were like sitting ducks with 18-wheelers flying by us at 75 mph. Nearly panicking, we called AAA. We were blessed they are contracted with Jeff's. Within an hour, Javier pulled up and proceeded to rescue us! His experience was immediately obvious, both in safety and towing. Our panic melted away as he quickly and expertly loaded us up and pulled off the highway. He towed us 85 miles to our repair shop to drop off the truck and then to our house to drop us off with the golf cart and trailer. While this experience was frustrating due to our breakdown, we were so pleased with the wonderful service we received from Jeff's through Javier. Thank you so much. read more

My alternator went out leaving my stranded in a grocery store parking lot. James came and towed my car and gave me a ride home. He was one of the nicest, kindest person that I have met in awhile. I have used Jeff's several times over the years. Each time I was treated very well. This last time I hit a large dog and did a lot of damage to the front and underside of my Camry. We ended up with a rattle that was difficult to locate. They looked for it on several occasions. The last time they put the car on the rack and removed some of the plastic on the underside of the car and found the problem. All of this without any extra charge. I recommend Jeff's for any body work and towing. read more

On a Saturday our family was going to the gulf for a mini vacation. The car lost power so we pulled into a small rest stop. We googled for auto engine help, but because it was a weekend, there was no one available and most shops were closed. Because we did not know the area, we called Jeff's to see it they knew of anyone that could help us. They were very nice, but did not do engine work. It was 105 degrees outside, and we were running out of ideas. Just when we thought all was hopeless, Jeff's young worker drove through the rest stop. He had been on another call and knew about our call to their shop. He took a quick look at our problem and suggested we drive the 9 mi. to Auto Zone and let them possibly diagnose the issue. At least we would be at a safe place and could get help from there. What a nice company! The suggestion worked, we were able to fix our car temporarily and were on our way. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He gave me a tow from my house to a mechanic when my alternator died. He got here very quickly, worked fast and got me to the mechanic quickly when I needed to get there before closing time. Very kind and nice to talk to. When I mentioned I had no way of getting home if my car wasn't a quick fix due to not knowing anyone in the area, he offered a ride after he completed another job. I managed to limp my car home on a new battery, but called to thank him for the kindness. Unable to use my car further, and therefore without a car until shops open Monday, he offered to let me borrow his personal vehicle, and then found me a shop open on a weekend. Possibly the kindest person I've ever met and made a huge impact on what was generally a terrible day. Thank you Jeff! read more
