I say "no you were supposed to diagnose it but it's 945 today. He reluctantly said he'd try to get me in that day. After waiting for 4 hours I ask again when he can get me diagnosed it was supposed to be at 945. He tells me "I don't schedule anyone for 945" when he earlier told me the following day he has an appointment scheduled for 945. So he blatantly lied to me. He wasted my time by not even trying to make up for his mistake. Very unprofessional every-time I have spoken with this man. His name is Juan. Do not use this company Review of other work done by this company' and why you shouldn't use them. I had my ENTIRE front end suspension repaired. I was told it'd be done in 3 days. It took them 2 weeks to get my truck back to me. The only reason is because they kept pushing it off and taking on other "more important" jobs as they also work on company vehicles. I now have my tuck back and my front end suspension is making noise and most like needs another repair. I will not be returning here EVER AGAIN. I absolutely do not recommend using these people. Not to mention. The level of unprofessionalism by Juan the secretary is absolutely outrageous. That guy has been extremely rude everyone I spoke with him. He doesn't sound like he likes his life very much and maybe it's because he's a secretary at a truck shop but that doesn't mean you can suck at your job and treat people rudely.

We left our car with Luis at Atascosa Automotive during our vacay. He called us with a price of $1,300.00 to fix my Nissan Murano. The waterpump needed to be replaced and he said he was going to fix the tension pully as well. He called me on Friday morning when he had had it for over a week and said that the car was almost ready and it was going to be 1489.00 I told him that was not what we had agreed upon and he said that it was the taxes. I told him that was not right and he needed to honor the original price of $1,300.00. He said he would and I offered to pay him $1,350.00 so we could meet in the middle. We picked up my car and drove if from Pleasanton to San Antonio. The temperature was fine until the next day I was driving my car and it started to heat up. I called Luis the next day and informed him about the car and he asked me to take the car to him. After using the car for a couple of days, I was having to put water in my car twice a day. I parked the car and realized I would be able to drive it from San Antonio to Pleasanton. I called Luis back and told him the car wouldn't make it and I asked him what we should do. He said he was going to email the owners and see if he could help me. I asked him who the owners were and he told me he didn't feel comfortable sharing that information with me. I asked him to reimburse me $1,350.00 to take it somewhere else and he told me that from past experiences that the "owners" would not do that. I reminded him that he had told my husband he was the owner the first day that the car arrived to his shop and the website says he is the owner. After he lied to me about that, I didn't feel comfortable with him having my car. I asked him to send a tow truck to pick up the car and he said he would do that, but if it was something else other than the water pump, he would have to charge me to do the labor and I would be responsible to pay him back for the tow truck. I did take my car somewhere else and they fixed the water pump. When they removed the water pump from my car, there was evident grinding coming from the water pump. If Luis had indeed removed and replaced the water pump, the part would not sound like that. He also said he "threw" in an oil change, but the filter from the last time my husband changed the oil, it was still the same filter that my husband had put in. Luis also told me the "owners" had several shops in and around Texas. He told me he was going to send me a few locations to send my car to and he never sent me these supposed locations. Bottom line, he is a thief and a liar. Do not take your car here. Do not trust this man. Side note: The temperature on my car has not risen above the halfway mark since the mechanic here in San Antonio replaced it. It's back to normal and I've reached out to Luis for a reimbursement.

I had a long 3 hour wait to get my tires looked at because my car started wobbling funny and my usual mechanic (dad) was too far away to assess it. They found an issue with both front tires. No big deal, easy enough to fix. One back tire was fine because it was newer and one had been on the car since we bought it, so it needed replaced but they told me it was OK for the interim. I ended up calling dad to let him know what happened and he decided to trailer my car back to my hometown and trade me the truck. Upon his inspection, they never should have let me drive out of the shop on the rear tire. There was a deep crack and exposed wires. It was a miracle nothing happened prior to getting it checked out. They're not a bad business and I will chalk it up to busy day and an oversight. It just seems fair to let you know in case you have big tires with thin walls like I do.
