From my first visit, George took the time to look over the car, explain what was going on and give me straightforward advice without trying to oversell me on anything. When I returned for the repair, I arrived at 8:29 for my 8:30 appointment and my Tesla went straight onto the lift. Then, a little after 1:00 PM, George called to tell me it was ready. No delays, no excuses, no drama. Just excellent work and a surprisingly reasonable final bill. George also gave me an education about something I had overlooked for years: regular wheel alignments. I've always been diligent about rotating my tires, but somehow never connected the dots between alignment, tire wear and suspension longevity. Lesson learned! What impressed me most, though, was simply the way George does business. He says what he's going to do, follows through, treats you fairly and makes the whole experience feel carefree and seamless. He recommended swapping the two front tires to check if it was a tire issue vs suspension issue. I drove it for a bit, issue still occurred. I brought my 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD to Albert's Auto Transmission because it was having serious transmission/shifting issues, including losing power, not shifting properly, and getting stuck around 60 mph. I was charged over $6,400 for the transmission work. After the repairs, I received my truck back only about two days later, but unfortunately, the same problems were still happening. The truck was still losing power and having the same shifting/performance issues that I originally brought it in for. I then took the truck to another shop specifically to have it evaluated. I was told they were looking at issues involving the radiator/fan system, but regardless, those issues do not explain why my truck was returned to me still experiencing the transmission-related symptoms I originally brought it in for. At this point, I am extremely disappointed because I paid thousands of dollars expecting the original problem to be properly diagnosed and repaired, and I did not receive the result I paid for. I am now documenting everything, seeking an independent evaluation, contacting the Better Business Bureau, and pursuing the appropriate legal remedies to seek reimbursement/refund. I encourage anyone considering this shop to get everything in writing, ask exactly what is being repaired, and get an independent second opinion before spending thousands of dollars. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not return here based on the results of my repair.
