This was not an easy project--once the old wiring started coming out, they uncovered a number of unexpected issues that needed to be traced and resolved. At no point did Louie and his partner, Elijah, cut corners or rush to finish. Louie methodically tested everything, tracked down every issue, and made sure every light, outlet, and switch was working before considering the job complete. He also completely replaced my old electrical panel. The difference is incredible. Everything is clean, organized, and meticulously done. He even took the time to clearly label every breaker, something my old panel never had. It may seem like a small detail, but it's the kind of thing that shows how much he cares about doing the job right. What impressed me most was how much pride Louie takes in his work. He treated my home with care, explained what he was doing whenever I had questions, and genuinely wanted everything to be right--not just "good enough." It was also a messy job by nature, but Louie and Elijah left every room (I swear) cleaner than it was before they started. In all fairness I have not used an electrician in a few years so a price this high may be concidered the norm, but not to me. When complete the charge was $805. Apparently there was also a fee for the credit card but it is not explained on the invoice. Also the plastic covers were $89 each. He was also up front about that. But he informed me one of the current plastic covers could not be reused due to a size issue so my wife wanted them to match as they are on our deck. All in all the work was professional and he was done in about an hour. My only issue was the way I look at it I paid $800 for an hour labor, 2 plastic covers and 2 GFI outlets. He actually reused a new one I had already purchased. See attached photo of one of the outlets and the plastic cover. Needless to say I lowered the rating only because of the price.

I asked him to text me a repair quote that evening so I could share it with my spouse. That quote never came. I texted him on Tuesday and got no reply. I called on Wednesday but it's a "virtual phone assistant" and there's no way to talk to a real person. I texted again that same Wednesday and still did not get a response. Eventually I called a different company to come do the repair.
