I had been burned by by the company that replaced my roof, and was nervous about any work done. Sadly, the chimney was not flashed correctly, so his team redid it at a very reasonable price, as well as sealed the mortar on my chimney. He even offered to defer final payment after the first rainstorm to ensure the roof was solid, and it was. Thankfully he and his roofer were able to reassure me that the rest of my roof was OK and will call him again if I have any further problems (hopefully not for a very long time).

Amazing! I recently used Remodeling KM for my business. We had a renovation project and honestly…read morecould not have done it without them. We had several hiccups with other vendors (designer, furniture etc), but thanks to Michaela and Juan, everything worked out. Juan went above and beyond to come up with design ideas when the designer dropped the ball. Michaela kept me laughing on the hardest of days with this project. Compared to a home project, this was huge, and they handled it seamlessly. I know they have done much larger projects for my company, and my colleagues also rave about how great they are. One site has even decided to skip a designer for their next project and only work with Juan and Michaela. I also want to say that Kimberly has been great with customizing my invoices. I especially enjoyed working their flooring team who were considerate of our space as we were working in the construction area. On top of all this, the workmanship was top notch. If it ever was not perfect, Juan would find the imperfection and have his team fix it. I can't say enough great things about this wonderful company!
