I flew in from TX and he had everything ready; clean truck, prepared paperwork, temp tags, and answers to all my questions. The Truck is immaculate! I searched the entire country before finding a truck that had everything I was looking for. His price was great, but it was his communication and hospitality that really made him stand out. Would I buy another vehicle from him? absolutely! He will be my first call the next time I am in the market.

Chad just puts bandaids on issues and hope no one notices. Chad closed his car lot in Collinsville and is now on Kings Mountain Rd in Buddy Arrington's old shop. He's now selling vehicles exclusively on line and at auctions. I guess that way he doesn't have to deal with pissed off customers. I really feel sorry for the people who have bought or will buy any vehicle from Chad. I don't know how his business can survive with the crap he sells. But it'll catch up to him eventually.

The second one was making a squeaking noise from underneath and had a flashing airbag light on the dash. The third had an even worse jerk in the transmission and when the lady took it back to park it I could even visibly see the transmission jerk standing in the parking lot. When I spoke with the sales lady she told me "Well they're used cars" yeah they want you spend $5000 for the transmission to give out before you even get it home. We financed a vehicles that had issues from day one, and they gave us the runaround for three weeks, hoping we'd pay for the repairs ourselves or just accept that the vehicle was a POS and keep driving it. Their mechanic said there was nothing wrong with it when it clearly was. Then they sent us to another small dealer friend of theirs down the road who said their was something wrong with it, but they didn't want to get involved with it because it wasn't their vehicle. Buddy-buddy type stuff. The worst part? The sales manager sold me a car when he worked at another dealership and was super helpful and cool. That's the only reason I trusted him this time. Him and the doctor that owns this dealership should be ashamed for the way they treated a customer. Zero stars is too many for this place.
