After a concussion we go down to get the car back and they withheld information that they LEGALLY have to know- information about getting a notorized letter from the original owner of the car. After we asked if there was anything else we could do. We had to learn this from the Indiana state police. We come back 20 mineute before they close, and they Illegally withheld the car. They cannot refuse you if you come befote closing time- and they know that. We met all lawful requirement to make a transaction and they refused due to a "time crunch" knowing they legally can't do that. This violates the Indiana Emergency Towing and Statutory Release Laws. Regret not getting the cops involved- it sounds crazy but what's crazier is a $200 overnight fee after illegally witholding a car from a concussed individual. Do not recommend.
