I ran my car through crew car Wash it ripped my Valve stem off and then grinded my back rim About $1200 worth of damage. Filed a claim and was told it was my fault for my valve stem cover Even though their own policy doesn't even say anything about valve stem covers, It gives a vague definition of aftermarket parts. If you love your car, don't take it here or a $15 car wash can turn into $1200 in damage. -0 Stars both thumbs down. read more

We had no trouble with our car wash. Despite a number of other vehicles waiting for a cleaning, the line moved along quite efficiently. The staff with whom we interacted were friendly and accommodating. Our vehicle was cleaned well; and we'd consider another wash, if again in the area. read more

If I could I'd give this car wash company a zero review. We bought a new vehicle and decided to get the unlimited pass. Took the car through a few time and then on the last run through a piece of the fabric got caught behind the headlight and bent my fender and dislocated the front bumper cover ! After a week the company decided they wouldn't pay for the damage. So now we have this car with damage caused by this crappy company. The pictures they sent me even show no damage prior to the wash. read more

This is by far the worst in the franchise. If car don't get clean 1st time, they complain about Mgr not wanting to re wash. I have unlimited. No other location ever bats an eye. read more

Nothing but disappointment. First I paid $1 in quarters to utilize the worst vacuum cleaner ever. This thing was complete shite, it wouldn't even vacuum up a twig on the carpet let alone any human hair. I proceeded to the self-washing carport, it takes dollar bills or cards only. I had a fistfull of quarters for nothing. I swiped my card charging me $5 for 10 minutes. Things were going fine, it was rinsing and then I used the soapy brush, still going well. When rinsing off the soap it seemed like some sort of residue was coming out of the hose. I rinsed and rinsed to no avail. I counted the clicks from the soapy brush so I knew things were selected correctly. Anyhow, already frustrated with a soapy finished product, I submerged my foot in about 4 inches of standing green water. I didn't have a muddy vehicle or anything, I just went to clean the salt off. I proceeded to tell the staff what happened, they were located just out of the port. I explained to a girl about the drainage situation and how I have a wet shoe and sock in the middle of winter. I also explained that the hose is all wacky. She said "sorry" for the clog and "I don't know" when it came to the hose. I watch them collect gobs of cash and I couldn't even get offered a refund... We visited the Crew Carwash in Kokomo. I bought the unlimited package. We went through but the car wasn't clean. We went back through and it was okay after they used the handheld sprayers. The second time we told them ahead of time to get behind the front wheels and around the bottom of the trunk where the brushes don't reach. Then we went through a different time and it ripped off my mirror back. I went back the next day when I noticed that the back of the mirror was gone and talked to the manager. He was sympathetic to my situation. He looked at the security tape and saw where the mirror back had been removed but couldn't find it. He said that it must have gone under another car's tires and got crushed causing it to fall through the grated. He filed an incident report. The manager is the only reason that this company got any stars from me. I would give it a 0 star otherwise. I received an email asking for me to call Customer Service. When I did they informed me that they were not at fault and would do nothing more than pause my service until I get my mirror fixed -- at my own cost. I WISH THAT I COULD REMOVE THE ONE STAR THAT I GAVE THEM AND GIVE THEM A MINUS STAR. Finally got my mirror fixed. I reinstated my service. I went back to get my car washed. The first time was fine, no problems at all. I went back the next week. PROBLEM: MY LANE DETECTION LIGHT WON'T GO OFF AT ALL! Even when the car is turned off. It was off when I went into the car wash but not when I came out. This place should be a 0-star rating read more

I went here and was turned away for having a push bar on my pickup. I've been to a lot of car washes like this one and have never been turned away for that reason. Went to Maria's down the road and was very satisfied. P.S. Maria's was basically the same as this one and they had no problem with my push bar. read more

They ran my Suburban through twice and still coun't seem to srpay the wheel wells like i asked. A simple request that just seemed to go right over 3 peoples' head for some reason. Also didn't get the bug off, which was the whole reason i went to the silly place. On top of doing a poor job they also broke my mirror and rear wiper and then tried to tell me it was probably already broken! Totally not ok. They had my fill out incident reports and am currently awaiting an adjuster to contact me. Up to 5 days!!?? No thank you. It's not like my truck is a pile of crap. It's really nice I just bought it for crying out loud! read more
