They told me that the check engine light was on because the air filter was damaged during the oil change and inspection. After spending $193.05 at the Chevy dealer I called Midas. The service manager said he couldn't make a decision on this issue. He said he would call his boss and call me back in a couple of hours. That was four days ago. Heading from Louisville to Chicago and steering will started to vibrate and thumping from tires…read more Took it to Esserman's and though they were working on 4 other cars they were able to check/test drive ours right away. Seems our local mechanic hadn't tightened the tires very well when he rotated them 2 days before!!! Esserman's staff fixed the problem and sent us on our way free of charge in less than 20 minutes. So helpful and friendly. If I lived in the area they would be my "car guys".

I was really excited about the car and Rich was candid and resourceful in trying to find me out of state financing, but it didn't come together in the end. That's on me, I'm still rebuilding my credit, but I had a great experience with the dealership and Rich and would recommend them to anyone in the area.
