The staff is very pleasant and friendly - and the place is so clean! I have been back several times for oil changes, and I recommend an appointment - because I am not the only person who thinks they are great. I have had to wait one to three days to get on their schedule. They always complete the work in the time frame they present ahead of time, and I am never surprised when it's time to pay my bill. I can tell they take a lot of pride in their work & appreciate taking my car to people I can trust.

I can't say enough about the people at this business…read more I was traveling through Delphi at 8:30pm when my Chrysler Town and Country died. I was able to make it to a gas station. I turned off the car and when I tried to restart the car and nothing happened. At this point I was looking at a dead vehicle at night with nothing open and no hotel within 15 miles. I saw two men helping a woman who had locked her keys in her car. They had professional looking tools and I asked if they knew where I could get a tow, and where I might be able to get my car fixed. Keep in mind that this was at 8:30 at night. Turns out that the gentlemen were mechanics at Complete Auto and Tire. The looked at my van and quickly determined that my alternator had failed. My thought was that I would get a hotel and they could fix it in the morning. Instead they called the owner of the local parts store, re-opened their business and fixed my car at 9:30 all at a completely reasoanable price. Best business ever
