I was crushed when the service writer told me that he would be able to get to it sometime the next week. I was crushed. I had to get back to CA later that week. I mentioned some of my plight and was told that he would do his best to get to it sometime that day. A tech was on my bike in an hour and thoroughly diagnosed my bike. I had been told this dealership has great customer service…read more.... Recently I had replaced my front tire on our 2017 Roadmaster, and did not realize the TPMS had not paired up. I called the dealership on a Saturday morning and spoke with Brent, he said "come on in" and we will get you set up today. Upon arrival Kelly made sure we got into the shop right away. I had also heard good things about a mechanic named Randy over there. Randy is a very seasoned mechanic, he did a great job getting the bike out of the shop in no time at all. Kelly checked back in with us after we did some shopping to make sure we were well taken care of. My wife and I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service we received on our visit to Indian Motorcycle of Lafayette. By the way, we got some great deals on jackets and gear, the dealership has a great inventory to chose from. We will be back!

They called every day to update me on the progress and get permission for repairs that were found once they started taking everything apart. Not only does my car run better than I can remember, but they charged for the time they actually spent to repair it, not just the standard labor hours that it usually takes. When I came to pick the car up, they showed me all of the parts that they changed, explained why they needed to be changed, and went over every item on the invoice. They also told me about a few items that should be repaired in the future but didn't do it this time because they knew I was on a budget and explained why they weren't "need to do now" items. Excellent service, very nice, and very reasonably priced (quite possibly the best prices in town). I'll definitely be returning for any future issues.

Taking Advantage of the Elderly My mom moved to Lafayette…read more Her sister recommended your company as a trusted auto servicing location. First few times y'all were great to her. We were recently about to travel on a trip and Brian your salesman tried to upsell her $1884 for battery and brakes. Her battery was two years old. I had her get it tested at AutoZone. It was 100%. I spoke to the manager Sean. He tried to tell me that batteries only last three years now because they're taking all the lithium and giving them to electric cars. We both know that's BS. My battery in my Camaro is seven years old. They then tried to tell her she needed brakes. Her brakes are fine. We had them checked at Firestone. Very disappointing, considering companies thrive on repeat customers. Sean, of course defended his employees and his salesman. As to be expected. She's 83 years old on a fixed income and I am the one who has to watch out for con men like your company employees. We will take our business elsewhere.
