We were 20 miles from the nearest significant town (Lafayette) and over 75 miles from home. My friend's car had to be towed to the dealership in Carmel and we rode in the tow truck with Randy and Gene for a good hour and ten minutes. They were good company and kept our spirits high even at midnight on a Sunday night. I appreciated their conversations and noticed their skill in the business. Randy has been in towing for over 25 years so there was no messing around! We were hooked up and hauling out within 10 minutes of their arrival max! These guys had to drive over an hour to come get us and we were very appreciative. Thankfully the manufacturer of the vehicle covered the tow, but I am grateful that R&R was the company they went with! Would recommend!
