The gray haired woman sitting at the front desk told me "there is nothing they can help me with since these subcontractors are just names on her list & she knows nothing about them." Really? So, you just give out random names (with no last names) without knowing their reputations. The lady then said, "My Mondays are busy I can't help you" and she turned her back on me. Later, with still no call from them we called back and told them to cancel our service request. We stated that they are not reliable and that we had wasted most of a day waiting for them. It is ridiculous that they can't make a 4 hour window, a week in advance, and then not have the courtesy to call us.

They called a couple days later and gave me a price for the parts that were needed. Office person said, "are you sitting down?" I can't remember the exact price, but it was around $535. I told her I didn't necessarily like the price, but if that's what it took to fix it... then go ahead and order the parts. The parts came in and they came out and installed them. The next day the freezer STILL wasn't working. I called Whirlpool instead about what to do. They said they would need the Adobe Appliance repairman to come out and call their tech department to walk through the repair/inspection with them. The Adobe Appliance repairman came back out and was on the phone for a long time with tech department. When he finished doing what they said, he unhooked the reverse osmosis because it was leaking. The freezer STILL wasn't working after this. I called Whirlpool back; their employee was checking on it. She said would need to call Adobe... and was on hold for 50 minutes. When she came back on the phone, she said Adobe told her that the refrigerator was working fine when they left! I hung up, and called back Adobe myself, and she said that it was her fault, she was thinking of a different customer. She had an email from previous contact with Whirlpool and said she would email her. I asked her if she could send me copy of email. I called her the next day, and she said "she couldn't do it yet because she's too busy." I never did get copy, and don't know if she ever sent it. I called Whirlpool back, and they said would send a different company out. Another company came out, and said that the refrigerator actually didn't need any parts; it was truly not able to be repaired. Whirlpool said they would replace refrigerator. I called Adobe back. They said they weren't refunding me because the parts were installed in the refrigerator already. I said that you can have the parts back, because they didn't work and were never needed. She said that they had been out twice already. After all this hassle, I offered to even split the cost with them. The bill was just a little under $700!!! She said the owner was out of the country until September 1. I said I would call back. I waited until September 11 before I called back. Gianna said, "let me get Carol." Gianna came back on the phone, only to say, "Carol is busy, and she will call you at HER convenience." Adobe Appliance does NO follow up with their customers, and has absolutely NO customer service at the office! The repairman they sent out did not have the correct knowledge about repairing appliances, as he called for parts that were NEVER even needed in the first place. I feel SCAMMED because they aren't even offering some kind of refund for their OWN mistake! I noticed another dissatisfied customer had written a review similar to my situation. Please potential customers beware, learn from my mistake and think twice before you use them!!!

Rearranged work schedule, 10:00, still no repairman. When I called they said we were accidentally bumped to bottom of rotation. Anyway when repairman comes, he was competent and quickly diagnosed problem to simply replaced part. Problem was he didn't have it and had to order it. Ok so what's a couple more days (it took a week to get them there to start). Well days go by, still no word. I called again (no chance for them to call me), they say part comes in but even when it comes in, they're booked out a week to put in the part!! I begged and they finally work me into the schedule (total time to replace part less than 10 min). So two weeks later it's finally fixed, and paid full price. Seems that the actual repairman is good, but management/scheduling has major issues. Next time I will try someone else...
