He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. All in all I have a new expert for any auto glass issues. Gotta love Yelp! Also had a roof wrap I wanted to remove so all in all I got the packaged deal for all those services for a fair price. That's about where the good ends. My windshield has crease lines all over it from a rushed install. And my door windows were cut so poorly that every time I have my windows down now it bothers me to even glance over. Mind you I have frameless windows so the process to cut & shrink is exponentially easier. To add the icing to the cake; while removing my roof wrap they scraped off CHUNKS of paint in the process. Mind you this is an auto glass shop not a vinyl wrap shop so that was my mistake for even asking them to even do it. But if you can't do something properly don't agree to do it at all. Experiencing all of this it's safe to say I am NEVER doing business here again. And will take time out of my day to wrap my own windows next time. I'd probably manage better with a ChrisFIX youtube tutorial and proper equipment.
