Very surprised how fast and efficient their work was, and for a fraction of the cost that Renewal by Anderson quoted us before we went with Quality! Also great communication through and through.

Weird but fine, if the text etiquette is on point. His was a mess. He asks me to take pictures inside and out, of the windows. Ok sure, but I'm one town over and you could just pop by. He asks what I want, I say picture windows. He sends me a picture of double hang and says he recommends them. Don't need them. Then he just TEXTS me a price range. Red flag. Where's your quote with the type of door being used? Also, the number is high. I ask for the SKU to look it up on my own. He sends me a generic link to an affiliate landing page for DOUBLE HUNG DOORS. Ok, so here's where you have to use your best judgement. These guys have great ratings on multiple pages, so they obviously do excellent installs. But that doesn't mean they aren't ripping people off, because you can get similar work done for MUCH cheaper. That's where I got him, bc he wasn't willing to disclose where his range was coming from and then immediately tried to pass me off to Renweal by Anderson, which is widely known as THE biggest price-hike in the game. The safe bet with them is whatever they quote you initially is about double what it should actually cost. So it makes sense the owner thought it's a reasonable peer in the industry. Then he weirdly started text-harassing me when I passed on his offer. Piss off.

I was feely mighty ambitious and thrifty when I called Krystal Glass to ask for a consultation regarding a big mirror project at my new dance studio. Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames. Jimmy and his team handled my many requests promptly, with kindness, patience and professionalism. I will be back with any and all of my glass needs and I will also be providing referrals. Thanks to Jimmy's input, we put together something amazing. Behold!

They provided exceptional service, custom-making every single unit. They were very patient in working with our architect and accommodating all the changes he requested. You ever have a basement window just....sporadically shatter for no apparent reason? Well,…read moreevidently this is just a thing that randomly occurs in this part of town. The last time I had glass shatter spontaneously was back in '24 when our winter storm door screen was completely pulverized by the summer heat, it seems (Pro-life tip: swap out your storm door screens in the summer with mesh ones). On the back of that unforeseen devastation, out went my mass inquiries to all the local shops servicing the Nashua area. Out of maybe 5 (?), 3 responded almost instantly. One sent a quote so high, I was half tempted to reply and ask if I could have some of whatever they were smoking. Another replied with what seemed to be a promising rate, but there was one problem. Their communication was severely intermittent to the point where they inexplicably ghosted me faster than a recruiter responding to a job applicant. Ultimately, I settled on Good Window Works. They offered a fair quote, were easy to get ahold of, and even provided a COI statement as per the request of our housing board. For those unaware, a COI is a Certificate of Insurance. Basically, it's assurance to the board that the contractor in question is insured to complete the job without creating a liability if they, say....jam their thumb beneath a tack hammer or something. With those formalities out of the way, the job was simple enough: Replace the half of the basement window that abruptly disintegrated. All in all, the job took roughly 2 hours. In the end, the window he installed was so transparent, it looked like there was no pane at all in the frame. But no--the glass was just THAT pristine! I don't say this often, but....experiences like these are what I love most about being a Yelp writer. So rarely do I get to be in the position to not only promote another hard working local business, but also pose as the microcosmic advertising vehicle that just might serve as the prompt some very fortunate individual needs to go, "Yeah, I'm hiring this place to work on my house". If you're wondering whether you should hire these guys for your next installation or repair job, the answer is likely yes. Good Window Works is worth 5 window panes clearer than thin air out of 5.

Only Good Windows responded and sent someone out to do an estimate. They just finished the job. The original estimate was done from the ground, however when the technician was able to get the unit out of the frame, (This is an old style window), we both saw that additional work had to be done. The tech did the work and did an excellent job. It was only a bit more over the original estimate, but quite reasonable. I highly recommend Good Window Works.

Better off elsewhere...can't recommend them with such poor follow up. FOLLOW UP: After posting this review, they came out and saw the issue and said they would be back to fix it. A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again. As promised...follow up...the repairs seem decent and, after a struggle, they fulfilled their end of the deal, so i will give them 4 stars . Thank you for finally getting the job done.
