Logan explained to me that it would be alot of work. He would have to pressure wash each paver. The cost would be $1600. A couple of weeks later he was on our street again. I decided to go ahead with the work . Logan assured me I would be very happy with the completed job. From the time they started it took over 2 months to complete + extra money. Adding to the delay was-- other jobs, picking up supplies , an auto accident, Logan was sick. The completed work looked better than when they started, however. there still are areas of the finished work that shows some of the old sealant. The day they finished I payed Logan $1700 and thanked him for there effort. Logan said he was starting a window washing business and would clean our windows, for our patience. After 3 or 4 months of waiting I called and inquired about it . He set up a date June 11 . That was a NO SHOW. STILL WAITING!!!!!

He is a diligent and hard worker. We lucked out. We have recommended Mike to a few of our neighbors. Thank you, Mike. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx REVISED 10-20-23: Once again, we called Mike Oleyn from Oleyn's Pressure Washing to come back and pressure wash our entire house, including all sides of the home, the front vestibule, front walkway, driveway, gutters, back patio (inside and out), screens, all windows, and hurricane shutters. Mike Oleyn did a stellar job as usual. He always confirms his appointment with us. He is always on time. He is friendly and helpful. He takes our patio furniture outside to do the job and puts it back. He is truly a diligent and caring worker and businessman. He really knows how to do his job well and knows what good customer service means. Thank you Mike. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx REVISED 10-12-22: We called Oleyn's back again this season. Oleyn's Pressure Washing is THE BEST business to deal with. Once again, we had our entire house pressure-washed, which included all sides of the home, the front vestibule, front walkway, driveway, back patio (inside and out), including the screens, and the gutters all around. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Mike Oleyn is friendly, professional, polite, and gracious. We cannot say enough good things about him and his work. He is incredibly thorough and doesn't stop at the "that's good enough". He cleans every square inch of each area. We are so pleased with Mike's work. We feel proud to always have the cleanest house on the block. It is such a pleasure doing business with Mike. Thank you. Mike walked with us around the house to confirm what we wanted him to do. It was more like what did we not want him to do! It seemed to us that this house, that was built in 2003, has never been cleaned. They spent about 6 hours of hard work doing an excellent job all the while with courtesy and good humor. We highly recommend Oleyn's Pressure Washing. You won't be disappointed. We weren't!

Dear Mike's Window Cleaning,…read more I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the window cleaning appointment that was scheduled and confirmed for today (5-22-26) between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. A few days ago, we scheduled this appointment, and earlier today you personally followed up to confirm that you would be coming. However, as of 6:06 p.m., I have not received any communication from you explaining the delay, requesting to reschedule, or even extending the courtesy of a phone call or text message. I understand that unexpected situations arise, and I would have appreciated simple communication--even a brief message stating that you were delayed or needed to reschedule. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and failure to respond to my text messages has been extremely disappointing. My time is valuable, and I made arrangements based on your confirmed commitment. Because of this experience, I no longer feel confident in recommending your business to others. I believe good customer service begins with respect for a customer's time and communication, and regrettably, that did not occur today.

They were relentless when it came to demanding payment, but the moment they were paid in full, all communication from them stopped. My calls and texts were ignored by both of them. This is how they operate. The entire process was a nightmare. The job was sloppy, disorganized, and handled with zero accountability. They overpromised, underdelivered, and then hid instead of fixing what they said they would handle. They vanish after taking your money. Learn from our mistake because once they get paid they ignore you and don't deliver on what they promised. They are exactly the kind of roofing company people warn you about.

I have had many bad experiences in my lifetime but nothing has come close to the horrible…read moreexperience I recently had with Jeff from Abel Gutters. Hired him to install new gutters last year and they put an ugly tube on one of my downspouts. Complained after install and owner insisted that's what he would've done if it were his home so we left it. Hated it so much that we called him a year later to fix it and he denied ever doing the work! He accused me of lying and that I had someone else install the hideous tube which couldn't be further from the truth. However he assured me he would still fix it and that he would call me back. Weeks go by and no call so I reach out again numerous and get the same response, "I'll call you back" but never does. He also promised to stop by numerous times and never did. After attempting for almost 2 months and being kept in limbo I finally had enough so I gave him a deadline or I was giving him a bad review. He called me back screaming, accusing me of lying, hung up on me and sent nasty texts. He then called back and finally admitted to installing the tube that he denied doing and said I requested it. Really? Another lie! After going back and forth he promised 3 times that he would finally stop by the next day so we both agreed that after 4pm was best for both of us. Unfortunately his promises were lies again because he never showed up! Therefore the next day I texted him for the last time saying to never call me or come on my property and of course he responds with another lie saying I was supposed to text him. This is NOT how people treat people especially in business. I am nice and patient until I've had enough and I had enough! Really dislike people that don't keep their word, lie, are rude and arrogant and then threaten to write about me because I said I was giving him a bad review. This guy is vindictive and I'm sure he'll try to twist this story around with more of his lies. Anyway, I am a person of integrity and have no reason to lie about this experience. I have proof of every call, nasty text and cash receipt and only speak the truth! All I can say is if you're considering getting gutters do yourself a favor and stay away from this crazy unprofessional man and his company!
