Trust me I shopped. He did the most quality work you would ever see with a beautiful product. I can't believe I feel passionate about gutters. But it looks gorgeous on my home and functions beautifully. Hurricane Dorian is heading this way in three days. My neighbor was upset because these guys install three downspouts on the side of my house where there used to be one. These three are facing away from my house instead of alongside of it. Granted it faces towards his house yet there is plenty of yard space between our two homes. It didn't matter he was very upset. I called Josh immediately. With three days to this hurricane to hit us if it does Josh still said no worries I'll be there in an hour and redirect it for you. He just left. The job is beautiful. This man didn't want any extra money. This man and his team take pride in what they do. I normally don't say this but if anybody is looking for gutter work to be done on their home I've vouch for this man and his team and his product. Call Josh at crown seamless gutters. I hope it's OK to give out his cell phone number so here it is 561-234-9198. You'll be very happy that you called him.

We are in the process of seeing a lawyer as I have every communication with George and his wife telling us one thing and doing another. I have proof that George continuously lied about repairing leaks that were never repaired. This has happened several times of the past 5 years. I now have ELEVEN ACTIVE LEAKS on our roof and pieces are literally falling off onto the ground. One piece nearly hit a child in the head which could have killed her as it was HALF a TILE! It was a massive piece that didn't just happen to fall. George has not been honest with us over the years and he will be responsible for all the repairs that need to be done within our home as they have been recorded since the first time we noticed them, recorded his brush off and recorded all written communications. This is the most dishonest company in the state of Florida and we will be pursuing legal action.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this roofing company was frustrating enough…read morethat I feel obligated to warn others. The quality of the work was far below what was promised. Within a year I began noticing leaks and signs that the roof lacked basic attention to detail. What's even more disappointing is how they handled the situation afterward. The company initially emphasized their warranty as a major selling point, but when I reached out about the problems, they were unresponsive. After multiple calls and follow-ups, they never showed up and took responsibility for fixing the problem . A roof is a major investment, and homeowners should be able to trust the company they hire. Unfortunately, Pestana Roofing did not stand behind their work or their word. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want quality workmanship and a company that honors its commitments.

But nowhere on any of their paperwork or their website does it say that - It clearly only states 'One-year warranty on all roofs'. When I asked him for a price to re-do it, he more than doubled his price and blamed it on his costs going up....really double???? I hired a different company and they did a way better job than Jones and their price was $200 less than Jones' original price last year and $800 less than the current price that Jones quoted. Stay away from Jones unless you want to get ripped off!! I would give them 0 stars if I could.
