This company is also known as Gutter Guy and owned by Dave Howlit. Quality of the copper 1/2 round rain gutters is poor. We had copper rain gutters installed by this company less than a year ago. They have developed holes where the copper is being eaten away. They have tried to blame us saying that we've had our roof power washed, but we have not. I have neighbors that I've had copper gutters for 20 years that are still in perfect condition so it has nothing to do with the area I live in which they have also tried to blame the condition of the gutters on. Believe all the negative reviews because they are all true. They told me they guarantee their work and they didn't. They made appointments that they never showed up for, and never called to reschedule. Promised they would call back to reschedule and I never heard from them. Dont believe a word the girl that answers the phone sais. She is just trying to get off the phone with you. The owner could care less about his buisness because I left him messages through both texts and voice-mail. Never heard back. I could post more negativity about Gutter Proffesionals but you get the gist. This company sucks! Stay away. read more

They answered my questions regarding the install, were accurate and neat and you could see they took pride in their work. As a paying customer, I appreciate that. I wasted almost a month on this company with different guys coming to give estimates who weren't prepared. They insist on a deposit, too. After you give a deposit, they schedule your work the following Thurs: Eg. you give a deposit on a Fri, you have to wait til the following Thurs to find out when they're coming to look at the job, and then they can schedule you out another week after that.. It took me a while to realize they seem to be a referral system/broker & perhaps the 'professionals' they send aren't directly employed by GP. The first guy they sent didn't have a long enough ladder (we are a 3-storey house) which is surprising because the estimator came out and took photos, etc. They left me hanging on re when someone else would be out until I called them, so 2 weeks wasted there. When I asked questions or for a call back, the owner lost his temper and just refunded my deposit. After all that, I gave them another opportunity when he apologized for his unprofessionalism. It took another 10 days for the 2 nd attempt but this next one wouldn't wait til the rain shower passed or give me a date when they could do it. I called them twice. The woman who answered the phone didn't answer with audible company name so I wasn't even sure if I reached the correct company. She was unfriendly and unprofessional. I was scheduled to have someone show up for an estimate. No one showed or called. No one showed or called for a few days. When I called back, she was unfriendly as usual, did not offer an apology and instead was just plain uncooperative. I will never call this company again. read more

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. Tim the owner could not be anymore rude or unprofessional. I had numerous missed installation dates with no calls or updates. The installer showed up many days at 4:00 and only worked a few hours. He did not show on many days he promised to work and did not call to update me. They made chalk lines with a red dye that smeared all over the eves and dripped onto my pool tiles. It was not water soluble and had to be scrubbed off the tiles. My eves had to be repainted as this red dye would show after gutters were up. I complained to Tim and no apology. He only said the installer had " the best mitered corners". Well I hope his installation techniques are good. I paid for a premium product and install (about $20,000). The last day of installation Kendal the installer finished at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday. It was late and dark and could not see everything. The next morning I checked and there were screws all over the driveway and sharp copper scraps on my pool deck. I called and complained and Tim said " copper screws are hard to pick up. We can't do it with a magnet like roofers". No apology for the mess left. A few days later it rained and all my gutters on the back of the house did not function at all. Water poured behind the gutters and down eves. I was furious. My new gutters that cost almost $20,000 did not even work. When I called Tim he just said " he must have forgot the kick flashing". No apology for a horrible mistake. Tim said he would personally come out the next day and fix it. Well the next day arrived and he didn't show up. Only a text at 4:30 p.m. saying he had a sheet metal shop fabricating flashing and would be out the next day. The next day arrived and I received a text saying the sheet metal shop was closed and he could not come out. I called him and he was combative about the whole situation that his installer messed up. Finally days later another installer named Mike showed up and he was polite and professional unlike Tim. Tim never showed personally or even called later to see if I was satisfied. Do yourself a favor and find a gutter installer that cares about customers. Tim could only tell me numerous times how "busy" he is to cover up mistakes. Worst possible service. They were contracted to clean and seal the gutters on my home, as well as replace a small damaged section. The worker that came out spent brief period with a leaf blower and caulking gun, then said another worker would have to come out to do the replacement. When he had gone I discovered he had put new caulk on top of the old and dammed up the gutters. When confronted, they refused to remedy the situation and fulfill their contract, or even return my calls. read more

I got this company from Home Advisors.com. I called them inly to find their mailbox full. I emailed them and got a cell number from a female employee. I made an appt for gutter work. The day of the appt, no one called me to give me an estimate. The next day I called the employee again who was unable to tell me if anyone had come out to my home to look at the gutters. She said someone will get back to me. I'm still waiting. I would never use them if they did call. Lousy service, no \follow up, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. read more

Okay this is the deal. Adam the installer with this company is Top Notch and extremely hard worker and focused craftsman. And he deserves a ''''''''''10''''''''' star rating. As for the company Gutter Professionals? There is an ''''''enormous''''' room for development. I did loved the ease of email communication and contract process. They responded and Adam showed up on time and did an ''''''outstanding''''''' job with a few little details to be expected from anyone. The ISSUE I have is I'm 61 and I had to summons 'Help' to help Adam. Why? The company is obviously very unorganized and sent only 'ONE' person to do my install? Adam had built a 60' long piece of guttering and had ZERO HELP. What manager would do this to a subordinate? I think this company would be wise to move Adam into that managers position. Anyway, I would do business with Adam again. But not his company. These are the facts, a lot of development in their management needs to be addressed. As for pricing, quality and installation? I contacted 3 companies including Gutter Professionals. The 3 quotes were identical, but they were the only ones that came to my home to measure & discuss what I needed. They then called me to schedule the work to be done. The crew was friendly & professional. They installed the gutter & downspout in a timely manner. They were working by a garden that was a few inches from where they had to install & were mindful of my flowers; no damage to them.
