He then told me he would take new ones and show them to me before he reposted them. He did not! He posted more pictures that were dark along with the poor ones he had previously posted. I don't think he showed the value of the house. When I told him it wouldn't work out between us he walked away and said " thanks for nothing". I believe he lacks experience as well as professionalism. I hope you think twice before using this group.

I tried multiple emails and phone calls with no return on either one. If this is how they run a business I'd be terrified to purchase a home from them as they clearly do not care about their customer base. When someone is recommended via word of mouth you'd expect that this was company you'd want to work with. That has not been the case. I am now taking my business elsewhere and I hope they learn better customer service than what they are doing now.

I am convinced that we got top dollar for our house because of the timing and price we put it out at. Steve held an open house on both Saturday and Sunday and we had 2 offers over asking by Sunday night. The sale of our home was quick and easy. As for using them as a buying agent, they constantly offered properties that contained all of our "must haves". Besides that, they were able to get us into houses that were not even on the market yet. When we finally found our dream house, we one of 12 offers on the house. Based on their expertise, our offer was competitive and complete. The selling agent told me that we were the only offer to come in with all paperwork filled out completely and correctly. Because of Steve and Tiff's attention to detail, we got the house we wanted at a very fair price. I can't recommend them enough. They get back to you very quickly, they are very honest and most importantly, know what they are doing.

In my situation, I have only been dealing with Evergreen Harvard Group employees. Evergreen Harvard Group is now part of Associa in Texas. Supposedly they offer classes to boards on appropriate ways to govern, maybe Evergreen execs need to take the same classes. I even filed a BBB complaint against the company. They tried to deflect by saying that their contract doesn't make them responsible to the situation. However since the board refuses to deal with me in a modern, transparent, honest, and written way, I am left to some emails, phone calls, and impromptu meetings with Evergreen Harvard Group employees at the association. The situation is about a Patio Door and the need to have the touch up painting done. The Board doesn't like the door (new door, modern). I have permit and followed all rules and procedures to get to this point. However, both parties are at fault in this situation.
