Approximately three weeks later He was served with a criminal restraining order from his Ex wife. Without incident he felt this had to be a mistake. Upon receiving a copy of the written complaint it seems that Jana the real estate broker that came into his home had fabricated statements Of violence to his ex wife, this is simply did not happen and has no merit.
