I took photos of the cracks and sent both pics to him on his phone. Waited a day without a reply so I called mccrory who said "i haven't received any pictures of the cracks from you". He came by and looked at the (2) cracks and said, "Big heavy trucks must have been on your driveway." We drive two compact cars and I told him truthfully that no "big heavy trucks" had been on our driveway with no reason to be dishonest. mccrory said he was NOT going to come back and repair the cracks. I should have read prior reviews and checked with the Better Business Bureau. I later learned that concrete cowboys are not registered with the Better Business Bureau. Also learned that mccrory is LAZY and lacks any concern to us the customer after he took our money. BEWARE !
