Found out that we had been over insured on our home for the past 14 years. The new agent at Troxell said we would need to have our home inspected in order to determine the current replacement value. Sounded simple enough but we kept getting the run around about getting it done. After a month and still no inspection, we found another and better company. Even when we tried to cancell took over three days for them to send us the paperwork. This company has no idea about customer service. Avoid them at all costs!!!!!

Personal Risk Advisor at Bailey's and discussed our insurance coverage details. Leona called back us back early afternoon the same day. We were able to visit the office a few days later and change our coverage for substantial savings, on home and auto. The office is welcoming low-key atmosphere, no high-pressure sales. We met the staff ,and Mark Bailey welcomed us , explaining the business. Thier detail and appreciation is sincere. Big change from being just a a profit statistic from other carries. Able to have actual personal caring contact. Thank You Dan & Alberta Woolfolk

They handle my auto, home, and life policies and the entire office is the perfect mix of knowledgeable, responsive, and actually are fun to talk to (no boring insurance robot!). When my rates went up with my old company, they found me better coverage and saved me almost $700 a year, no gimmicks, just straight-up better pricing. Claims have been painless too--my windshield got cracked last winter and it was fixed the next day with zero hassle. The whole office feels like a local, small-town agency even though they're backed by State Farm's strength. They host community events and genuinely care about families. If you want an agent who treats you like a neighbor instead of a policy number, go see the team at Damon Priddy State Farm. Highly recommend!
