Only reason I'm having them come out again is we have one more maintenance call due & paid for Which is needed since system totally not working due to a power surge a day ago. BUT! I will then have Onofrio take over and deal with my properties. Shame on Bowman and kudos to Onofrio!

I quickly realized I'd run out of oil and that caused my furnace to malfunction. I called Shelton Oil and had oil within the hour. Unfortunately, that didn't get the furnace working and they send a repair man within 20 minutes. The service was exceptional. But, that's not all m, a few days later I get a call from Rob, he had received a donation from a costumer and he credited that donation to my account. He figured I'd need it as a new mom. Rob has no idea what that meant to me, not only was I a new mom, I'm a single mom who has had to stretch every dollar while on maternity leave in order to provide for my kids. He blessed me immensely and I'll be forever grateful. Not only do I recommend them for their outstanding service but also for their kind hearts.

$15,000 system failing in less than 3 years; excessive labor charges…read more We spent over $15,000 on a brand-new, high-efficiency boiler and HVAC system from Aire Serv, expecting the 15-year reliability promised by the salesperson. Less than three years later, the system is already failing. First, the gas valve went out. While the part was under warranty, Aire Serv charged an astronomical $550 for a single hour of labor. To make matters worse, while the technician was here, he announced that the blower motor bearings are already failing and quoted another $750 to replace the motor. It is completely unacceptable for a premium $15k system to require over $1,300 in repairs before its third year. The manufacturer warranties the parts, but Aire Serv's extreme labor rates wipe out any benefit of that warranty. Buyer beware--the "premium" equipment comes with unreliable performance and incredibly steep ongoing costs.

No accountability for their mistakes…read more They arrived and their truck accidentally ripped all the cable and phone wires off my house, tore the mounting bracket clean out of the shingles, I had wires hanging from the pole on the street to the lawn still partially attached to the house, but hanging low across the driveway for days. Celco just left and said good luck. I had no Internet for a few days, spent hours on the phone with both frontier and optimum to come clear the wires off my property and free up my driveway. The tech who did it was very apologetic and I tried to be cool about it, mistakes happen, but when I tried to get the company to take some ownership of this, they showed their true colors. After two heated phone calls and them denying any need to address this at all, they grudgingly offered me $75 for the time and damage. This was just a fraction of what they charged me and not at all proportional to the damage and effort required to remedy their mistake, which they admitted to.

Tyler Air Conditioning of Stratford is the best company for your job. My family is forever grateful…read moreto them and their generosity. Everyone member working there is caring and generous. This year, my wife and I were blessed with twins. This also means our expenses caring for a little own are multiplied. While facing a financial hardship, our furnace started leaking dangerous levels of carbon monoxide and we needed a replacement. We couldn't afford the cost of a new own and care for our babies equally. With temperatures on the decline, it was imperative that we replaced it as soon as possible. When Tyler Air Conditioning heard our story, they offered to help. During an extremely difficult and stressful time, they offered to donate their time to help offset the cost of a new furnace. Within a few weeks, a new boiler was installed. We now have heat at night, our babies are thriving, and we are living with less stress. The entire staff on board truly amazing people. They were all willing to help a local family in need and I will always support them. I want to especially thank Donny, Vinny, Fred, and Jennifer for going above and beyond. They are extremely responsive, hardworking and so fantastic job. I highly recommend them to you all and couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help us.
