I left messages for Bryon and the main mailbox around noon. They got back to me, and told me that by 2:00 someone could be at the property. I was very impressed. Within a fairly short span of time, it was fixed for under $200. Tell me where you can get THAT quick a response and repair that fast for a couple of hundred!! These folks are great. I'm a landlord, and have dealt with quite a few "HVAC" contractors and companies, most of whom were ripoff artists. I cannot tell you how many times I had to have things redone, after going the cheapest route. They are the real deal. They have done very quick emergency repairs for both myself and my tenants- as well as installing complete system(s) in my home. Nobody is perfect, and I dislike the tone of the ONE negative review (I think there was a communication issue there- I've never had a problem), so I would ignore that bad review. The person sounds simply like a jerk. [UPDATE: I checked that jerk's "review history", and it was almost all Negative-Nancy-Land. So, ignore the bitter schmuck, please] If there were any issues, Giordano's addressed them quickly, and the pricing has always, in my opinion, been fair. They are not the cheapest- but when I went with the cheapest bids, there was ALWAYS a problem, or some stupid drama. These folks are pros, they know what they are doing. They charge fair, they fix any problems. And, they're really nice people. I give them my highest recommendation. [UPDATE: Recently had a small issue with my lower level AC condensation pump, Dave came out and repaired it quickly, and even replaced the air filter for me. Not only is he a really nice fellow, he wore a mask and was very respectful about distancing, etc. Add another star to the review please]

To begin I'd like to apologize by the length of this review. We had two units installed inside of…read moreour home and one main unit installed outside of our home. To give a better picture on why I am really disappointed to write a not so great review I thought I'd give a little more detail. Towards the beginning of September we confirmed the date of November 20th to have our systems installed. Thursday, November 19th I contacted the secretary because no one gave us any information on when to expect work to begin the next day (Friday, Nov. 20th). Glad I did that because, the response was that they would not be starting work until that Monday November 23rd. So we accepted that response, but wondered why we had to contact them to receive that information. I took Friday, November 20th as well as Monday, November 23rd off of work to have this done in the home. That's because we were told that the installation would take 1-2 days to be completed. Monday, work started at 10:30, and I noticed that it wasn't moving smoothly. They ended work at 3 and it was nowhere near completed. I was told that they would be back Tuesday, November 24th to finish up, I didn't think twice I was just happy that it was moving forward to be completed so I didn't go to work on Tuesday... But no one ever came to finish up on Tuesday. Around 11:00 AM I tried contacting their boss and no response, so I tried to contact the secretary after that and she found out that the crew that was working on the installation called out of work. (So if I didn't call, no one was going to contact us?) Then it was explained to me that they would be there 8:00 AM Wednesday, November 25th. I refused to take Wednesday off of work again. My wife stayed home this time, and the boss said that he'll make everything right by coming in early to finish all work needed to be done in the house, they would be completed in the house by 10:00 AM, and complete everything else outside by afternoon. I came home at 3:00 PM and there were two workers outside. After asking them a few questions to get a rough estimate on completion of the work. I was not confident that the work would be done by end of day. Within an hour the boss was at the door asking to come inside to complete the work inside. (10:00 AM work was supposed to be completed in the house) All work was completed at 7:30 PM, inside and out, onWednesday, November 25th. A two day job took four days. But, it is not completed. We are still missing covers to the wiring on the outside of the house. (I understand that is more than likely from the Pandemic with material being difficult to get all over the place) Through all of this the Boss, Matthew Williams, and his secretary Daysi, have been very polite and respectful. Everytime I did speak to them I calmed down and felt comfortable. It's the work that really stressed my family out. When it came to work getting done, we didn't feel confident in the workers that were in and out of our home. I must admit that when the Boss Matthew Williams did come to the job things got done, not in a timely manner but it did get done. Thursday, November 26th we noticed a large bag of tools left outside, in the rain. So I took the bag in, knowing how expensive tools are, and so I text Matthew to let him know right away we have his bag of tools safe. No response from him, on Friday, November 27th I was awaken to someone banging on my door. I ran to the door not knowing who it was so they wouldn't do that again because I have a one year old sleeping. To find a worker requesting the bag of tools. This was from beginning to end full of unprofessional ways of handling a job and a customer. Hire them at your own risk.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Our heat and hot water…read morestopped working and I booked an appointment with Aire Serv through Handy via an alert from our Google Nest thermostats. The first Aire Serv HVAC tech that came said that the water pressure sensor in our water heater was broken and needed to be replaced. He gave us a rough VERBAL ONLY estimate of $2500 to have it replaced and gave us no guarantee about when they would be able to do it. Just said that it was based on the manufacturer. However, the HVAC tech recommended a water heater tech from Aire Serv to come take a look as well, as he would have a clearer assessment & estimate. The water heater tech looked at the water heater and said that our unit was from 2011 and over 10 years old (it's not, it was built in 2017 which can easily be seen on the inside of the unit). He came to the conclusion that the entire unit needed to be replaced, along with some other pipes that needed replacing. He went on to tell us a few estimate options that ranged from $11,000-$13,000. Yes that's THOUSANDS. When we asked to see a quote with full itemization, including the cost to us of every part needed and cost of labor, they refused to provide us with it claiming that if they give the cost of each item, it gets too messy. He also claimed that we had to decide and book on the spot, not giving us any time to think or talk about it. We made the smart decision to forego making an appointment to instead find other opinions, realizing that this estimate was an astronomical price. When the tech left, he said he would email the estimates shortly. Several hours later, we still had not received the estimates. I called the office to get an update on when we would receive the estimates and I was told the tech was still on jobs and wouldn't get it out until tonight or tomorrow. When I said that I wanted the estimates so that we could seek second opinions, all of a sudden the company apparently is able to price match lower prices. We finally received an email with the estimates at 8 pm and once again, all three estimates (based on different priced water heaters) only had a total cost. There was no cost of labor, no cost of parts, no tax, nothing. Simply one total number which gives zero information to the customer about what you are actually paying THIRTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for. The next day, we got a different company to come look at our water heater. Their tech said our unit was DEFINITELY less than 10 years old, it DID NOT need to be replaced, and he was able to get the new water pressure sensor within 5 minutes. He did all of this for $300. JUST THREE HUNDED DOLLARS. He said besides the water pressure sensor, there was nothing wrong with the unit itself. This tech was also appalled at the way these bigger companies try to take advantage of people. I would never ever recommend using Aire Serv to anyone. They only care about their bottom line and do not care at all about their customers as human beings. It's absolutely appalling and disgusting the way that this company misrepresents their costs by refusing to be transparent and itemize their estimates. Please do not ever use this company. They all should be ashamed of themselves for treating fellow humans this way. (The photo shows the estimates we were sent. I have only cropped out my own personal information. There is no itemization or list of costs, just one astronomical total cost.)

Rude and unprofessional. Used through American home shield. Just awful. Do not recommend.read more
