We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. My wife and I thought we would have to wait a few months until something else came in the market, but maybe a week or two went by and Steven found a new build that was almost completed -- it was not even listed on any of the big websites (Zillow, etc.). He negotiated our home at our budget and even got the closing costs to be COMPLETELY covered -- we were actually paid a large sum of money at closing when we got the home with NO money out of pocket. This man was on top of everything -- he was an amazing asset to this process. My wife and I felt confident and well informed. In the midst of the home buying process, my wife had our first baby and Steven sent us a card and gift card for our baby -- he didn't need to do that, but he is is a good man. He even gave us a custom made house warming gift that we absolutely love! If you want a great realtor who will do the hard work and help you get what you want, Steven is the man. He is on your side and will make sure you are well taken care of. We are absolutely going back to him in the future, assuming we stay in the greater Orlando area.

What really made me feel good about working with Kris was knowing that he had our best interests in mind, even when it might've been easier not to. He fought for a better deal for us during the inspection period, even though it didn't mean an extra dollar for himself. Good person to have on your side!

Avoid working with Kelvin Flores with La Rosa Realty LLC. My…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. The listing photos were taken with a cellphone, which made the property look poorly represented compared to standard professional real‑estate marketing. Among the delay in listing the property and MLS timeline. Despite having ample time to market the home, it never sold, and I received no meaningful strategy, updates, or proactive effort to improve the listing. When the home failed to attract offers, Kelvin attempted to blame a supposed "roof permit issue." This explanation was completely inaccurate and felt like an excuse rather than an honest assessment. There was no permit problem, and the claim had no basis in the actual condition or documentation of the property. Overall, I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for a professional, transparent, and competent realtor. My advice is to choose someone who uses proper marketing, communicates clearly, and takes responsibility for their work.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First, I want to add that Anderson Correa owner of "La Rosa Realty Kissimmee; has been by far the most unprofessional sector I've ever dealt with. Dignity goes a long way especially while working in the business sector and dealing with families and individuals interested in purchasing property or homes. Furthermore, never trust the META glasses he wears and the perfected process and the all in good faith or just rely on "great" conversations and smiles alone. When it comes to money people immediately want what is not theirs and money always seems to be the "KEY DISCUSSION" for people like Anderson especially during housing crisis in the year 2026. Know that the only way they get $paid$ is by perpetrating schemes/fraud as they did to us and by "sticking together" like magnets. By the way you should never trust any realtor that chooses their related co-field worker friends as they all collaborate as one big social CIRCLE of greed and will use all methods to their advantage by creating lies and fake recommendations as to "hey you'll get this x amount in price" IF you just fix the entire home to gain EQUITY and spend another $100K it will generate "GREAT" value later; like Anderson highly recommended for us to complete as per the faulty received 4-point inspection. I want to add that this realtor has been in the game for less than 10 years. Dignity goes a long way especially while working in the business of realty that should be a peaceful and great dealing experience for families and individuals interested in purchasing property/homes. When is too good to be true deal as the one located and posted on Zillow - Ventura Country Club - 3930 Southpointe Dr. apt 213 - Orlando. RUN while you can and don't lose your money by made up by fake contracts with the wording "AS IS" protect and save aggravations and do not deal with this business. It happened to me and my husband and others as per other REVIEWS to us it happened in less than 10 days. Anderson played both sides as the middle guy by constantly sounding nice on the phone by cross referencing what supposedly his sellers wanting my ESCROW money and of course words on fake documents stating "AS IS" works to his advantage by forcing buyers to pay out sellers it all goes hand in hand we all know darn well that no one works for FREE and use all tactic to finagle his "DOCU sign documents/contracts. This happened June 3, 2026 - don't sign paperwork or wire any ESROW money once you do get ready to lose 50% if not 100% of your ESCROW! He will reassure to split your ESCROW with his sellers so that they don't go to another BROKER/AGENT to re-post their home online instead he will reassure his SELLERS that BUYERS will fix their property FOR FREE another words on your cost $$$! NOTE that this is illegal in any city/state of the United States as it happened to me and my husband in under 10 days. Furthermore, google him and you will see for yourself of other related stories that faced similar escrow losses! I am sure that eventually will end up getting sued and closing their agency PERMANETELY!
