What really made me feel good about working with Kris was knowing that he had our best interests in mind, even when it might've been easier not to. He fought for a better deal for us during the inspection period, even though it didn't mean an extra dollar for himself. Good person to have on your side!

The Anne Rogers agent took another showing AFTER she had a verbal agreement with my agent and used my offer as a bargaining chip to get an over list price cash offer from those people and then said "I hate when this happens" to my agent. Ha! Terribly unethical and a way to make a bad name for yourself. Don't do business with these people.

My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.
