The listing photos were taken with a cellphone, which made the property look poorly represented compared to standard professional real‑estate marketing. Among the delay in listing the property and MLS timeline. Despite having ample time to market the home, it never sold, and I received no meaningful strategy, updates, or proactive effort to improve the listing. When the home failed to attract offers, Kelvin attempted to blame a supposed "roof permit issue." This explanation was completely inaccurate and felt like an excuse rather than an honest assessment. There was no permit problem, and the claim had no basis in the actual condition or documentation of the property. Overall, I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for a professional, transparent, and competent realtor. So, I tried calling their local number but was given a recorded message and put on long, long hold. Frustrated, while waiting for the call to pick up, I looked at their YELP reviews and saw that so many others were very, very disappointed in their service - an "I don't care" attitude. If I could give zero stars, I would. We contacted a realtor through Zillow rentals for a vacant property, thinking the process would be smooth since the home was ready for immediate move-in. Instead, the entire experience has been a nightmare of delays, confusion, and complete lack of accountability. The realtor dragged her feet just to schedule a tour. When we finally toured on a Friday, she didn't send over the HOA application paperwork until 5 PM that evening, meaning nothing could even be reviewed until Monday. Then, come Monday, we received the same paperwork again via DocuSign--after we had already filled it out. It was immediately clear that no one had any clue what was going on. Despite the home being vacant, they insisted they needed three weeks to process paperwork. We had to fight tooth and nail just to get an earlier move-in date. When we finally moved in, the house was filthy--so dirty we had to hire professional cleaners for $400 just to make it livable. Remnants of the previous tenant were still everywhere, including toilet brushes, plungers, bug traps, and drawer organizers. The realtor constantly shifted blame onto us, claiming we were "trying to move too fast." No, the house was vacant and we needed a rental. That's reasonable. She also made us drive 30+ minutes just to collect the keys, only for the garage clickers not to work--and her response was basically "figure it out yourselves." No instructions for utilities were provided either. We moved in with no hot water and no way to cook because nothing had been set up. The lack of communication and overall cluelessness from this company has been exhausting. To make matters worse, we can't even switch the water into our name because the lease wasn't signed by the actual owner, who lives out of the country. We had to do 2 inspections because the first one failed due to "microwave not working". Come to find out, the "qualified" inspector never opened the cabinet above it to notice it was UNPLUGGED. So that was 2 fees we had to pay and was told that the 2nd would be reimbursed since it was their mistake. That didn't happen. Fast forward to summer time (we closed nov), the windows to a room that was closed off, start leaking. Hallway bathroom also had a bad leak with mold behind the walls. Claimed the AC was fixed per the agreement from the inspection but he provided false receipts where he claimed the work was just done, when in actuality the receipts from work on the AC were from December 2019. And in the end she was very unprofessional especially towards my realtor. And the funny thing is that I had all the money to pay for it. After paying for an inspection and giving the deposit for the home neyda gold revealed that she had place a claim on the roof which was nearing the end of the lifetime and would affect the appraisal. This move FORCED us out of our contract and we lost our money for the inspection. I contacted carrie In their office and she said she will call me back which never happened. They dont care about their customers and will play with your money beware. Gigi from LaRosa is officially the worst property manager I have ever dealt with in my life. My rent was due on the 5th, i told her I would pay on the 7th because I was going through fraud with the bank, she wrote me an eviction notice on the 3rd and called me on the 4th of July to tell me she was going to evict me. It took from the 3rd of November til the 29th of November to get it fixed. She has sent strangers to my home to pick up the rent and sent me text messages saying I needed to pay $50 maintenance fees then argued with me about it later realizing she was texting the wrong tenant. I called LaRosa to talk to a supervisor about all of this and never received a call back. I don't recommend them. read more

(Orlando, FL) WARNING: Dani and Maria Cardaci are by far the worst realtors you will EVER deal with! Don't expect any assistance if it does not work for their oh so "busy" hectic schedule. I had so many terrible issues in my lease with the Cardaci's, I lost count. I was dealing with a MAJOR flood issue one evening at around 7 PM and when I called Maria, I was told to call Dani because she's too busy- I called Dani immediately telling him the apartment was flooding from a busted toilet pipe upstairs and his response was "there is nothing I can do about it" he couldn't even help call emergency #'s or anything while I was dealing with the chaos, dumping garbage bins full of water out the front door. At one point a little later, I was on the phone with Maria and the emergency crew called me back and I hung up on her to answer it. Maria calls back angrily and says to me "Don't EVER hang up on me again, do you understand??" as if she doesn't realize the emergency situation I was dealing with. Nothing beats how they acted the very last day of my lease- I was moving out last day, packing the U-Haul and needed to clean up and get ready for the walk through, my lease ended on the 31st. I was told by Maria and Dani in a nasty voice mail to be ready to meet and get out by 7 PM or they will call the cops on me for trespassing. Just your typical "we will fix your issues with the cheapest fix possible so that we can profit off your loss" type of realtor's. Not honest, not friendly and not professional AT ALL. After the first closing fell through 18 days before closing I had to check with another realtor about what we could do to reimburse us money we spent to move into a new place because the closing didn't happen and after I brought up the escrow is when she checked into it.I also reached out to the lender twice at La Rosa and never received a call back. We put my house back on the market and got another buyer well this time we had a closing date once again 5 days before the closing date she text saying there was a contingency that wasn't "disclosed" and the closing would be extended until the buyers sold there house. Again now we made new arrangements to move by the closing date long story short it got extended 7 more times after the original closing. 2 months later sold the house.
