Couldn't be happier! In less than 30 minutes, the unused hot tub on the deck was cut up and in the truck to be hauled away. The crew worked efficiently as a group, which reinforced my decision to hire them over any of the 4 other companies I had called. The quoted a price on the phone, confirmed it when they arrived and they were almost half of what another company said it would cost becuase the hot tub had to be cut in pieces to get it off the deck. The crew called 15 minutes before the arrival window and let me know when they would arrive. It was all very professional. I will definitely hire them again. read more

They were absolutely amazing quick and very nice! Thank you so much for your help. We will definitely be using your services in the future!

Always quick and reliable. They work very clean, and their crews are friendly and helpful.

I contacted this company to have them haul some appliances away and they responded within the hour. Very good customer service!

Mike and Dad's made quick work of the random debris the previous home owners left on the property. They were done in about 10 minutes and were very friendly! It cost about $165 to haul away a bunch of old wood, broken fence, and misc other pieces. Thanks! read more

I'm a Real Estate Broker & I called them for a client to haul off old appliances,an old boat & riding lawnmower. They responded with a bid in a couple hours & came out the next day! Very friendly, prompt & professional! read more

Was quoted $295 over the phone for tree branch waste to fill a 15 Cubic Yard trailer by two different representatives on two different calls. They also told me over the phone that they would pack down the truck to maximize our value. But when the trailer arrived the employee told me it was $395 for the trailer, and they made very little effort to pack down our tree branches, necessitating a second load, which we gladly refused due to the questionable price swap. While they were easy to reserve, I would suggest you try elsewhere first due to their iffy pricing. read more

Amazing company! I called the Salem number for service out in at my in-laws in Silverton on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with Stacey who was an absolute joy to work with. I told her I needed bags of trash/recycle to be removed asap! She said she had availability as early as I needed the next morning! Life saver! ;) She was even kind enough to wait for my 8pm call (lost track of time while cleaning) to confirm a 9am pick up time. She explained how it works: Arrive at the location Inspect how much trash needs to be removed Call back to give a quote I can either accept or pass I thought that was incredible, they take the time to travel out and you can still deny their services if the cost doesn't accommodate you. She quoted me a "truck load" which is $225 for all the bags/misc items which I felt was very reasonable. Arrived at 9am called me back at 9:30am and took my card number over the phone! Can't get much easier than that ;) I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for people who truly care, great customer service, arrives promptly at the apt time, and does the job right the first time! Mike and Dad's did a great job for me today. They were professional, prompt and efficient. I had about 25 very heavy bags of yard debris (which tore open when they tried to move them). They made quick work of loading them and took additional time to clean up what spilled in the process. I would highly recommend them. read more

The team was able to get my location serviced very quickly. The team they sent were all respectful and friendly, and they did AMAZING work. I had expected the job to take all day, and they were able to get things done in a matter of hours. Very happy with our experience--highly recommend. read more

The guys just left my house. They are hard working, conscientious and FAST. They were on time, even a little early but only after clearing it with me beforehand via phone. They cut up our unused hot tub, removed a bunch of old patio furniture and old toys, etc. Just lots of junk. They then swept and shoveled up the remaining stuff and we're done. I'd highly recommend them for any hauling you need done. read more

Have worked twice with these folks. Both great experiences. Nice people, reasonable prices and a job site left in a tidy state. Highly recommended. read more

What a great group of people. I saw their trucks pull up on my street and I ran outside to see if they would be willing to take a non-working mini freezer that I had on my porch, meaning to get rid of. They said "no problem" picked it up and took it away for such a reasonable cost. Can't believe I hadn't called them earlier and now will only call them in the future. Nice people are hard to come by. Thank you! read more

Tried to get ahold of someone here several times to get a quote and discuss scheduling service. Contacted via their website and via phone, left a voicemail. Upon finally connecting with someone when I called back again (for the third time), the man who answered was incredibly rude and talked down to me like it was my fault they hadn't gotten back to me. I'm not gonna chase your service; there are lots of competitors in the area. Within 10 minutes, I had service scheduled with a competitor of theirs in the area who treated me with respect and consideration. If you value being respected and talked to professionally, don't use these guys. read more

Fast and well priced. Like others, I called 1-800-got-junk and found them more expensive and less flexible. Mike came over in the limited window of time I had, and he and his helper hauled my junk away an unreal speed. I couldn't believe how quick they were. Did I mention they were fast? And the rate was very reasonable. I gave him a check, and they, and my junk were gone. read more

I contacted Mike & Dad's Hauling a couple of weeks ago after doing some research to find the best way to get rid of stuff from my grandparents' house. They had amazing reviews and were able to take everything we needed to get rid of including food, garbage, & appliances. They were the only place I found who would take everything without us having to separate things. We just made a huge pile of stuff outside and they came into the house to haul out the appliances & large items. Everyone I talked to was very polite and so helpful. They did an incredible job! I would definitely use them again!!!! read more

These guys were TOP NOTCH. EXCELLENT service, EASY to deal with. Details: We have a farm near Sandy and there is a LOT of old stuff just sitting around. We ordered a large dump-truck. We called on a Friday and reserved the truck for the following Wednesday. They showed up when they said they would, and there were three guys there who were READY TO LISTEN to what we needed. They then proceeded to EFFICIENTLY and PROFESSIONALLY haul our old crap away and toss it into the truck. They were so great we decided to use them again in two days from now to (hopefully) haul all the rest of our stuff away. One truck wasn't nearly enough (we have a lot of crap), so they've got two trucks and six guys coming on Friday. TWO DAY Notice! We were afraid (and even maybe ashamed) at how much trash and useless garbage we had lying around, but these professionals simply didn't bat an eye, and said it was far from the worst they had ever dealt with. So - fear not!! Call Mike and Dad's and let them help you out!! read more

I contacted this business twice, once through their website and I called and left a message the next day and I still haven't heard from them! Not a good business practice. read more

Awsome service squeezed me in same day. They took one look at my load and adjusted their estimate. I saved about $200 from having my waste manegment removing. read more

These guys were great. We had been calling other hauling places for days with no response at all. They answered the phone on the first ring and were here the next day to haul away tons of mushy wood in the pouring rain from tearing out our old deck. Could not be more grateful for their timely, helpful behavior. read more

I have not used them for hauling, but I watched one of their trucks this morning almost run someone off a freeway ramp on purpose. A car was signaling to merge and the truck intentionally kept speeding up to block its lane change. The car was being polite and signaling but the truck wouldn't yield. It just kept gassing it so the car couldn't merge in front of it. The car had to come to a stop before almost hitting a barricade then try and get back into traffic. If there was someone to report this kind of thing too I would. Very rude and dangerous. You need to be careful what you do when your name is on the side of your truck. read more

I am really happy with the job that Mike and Dad's Hauling did. I called around noon today, and they were at my house by 2. I had a big mess, a large driveway full of yard debris. They filled about four truckloads. They are incredibly fast and thorough and even swept my driveway after they were done. My driveway looks perfect. I wish it wasn't quite so expensive, because I paid $445 for two guys for about three hours' worth of work. But! I would have spent at least two days hauling it by myself, and at least $150 renting a truck. So, it was totally worth it. read more

They were great! I called them yesterday and they were out today to give a bid and started hauling away the stuff in the same day. Will definitely use them again. read more

This was second time using this hauling service and they were fast, thorough in getting all the yard debris, and very courteous. There are officially my go-to service read more

Very reasonable rates to remove a cyclone fence, plus an old chicken coop from our yard. They were here when they said they'd be, they were clean, and lightning fast. Plus they stuck to their estimate. At the last moment we asked to have them take an old television- not a problem. They carefully detached the wires and didn't disturb a thing (and it was big heavy old one; now it's gone- Yay!). They were also very friendly- definitely consider them if you need a fence taken out or more. We're keeping their business cards handy, and we'll use them again in a flash! read more

Wow! What an amazing job! I had a junk pile , mattress and box spring, old barbeque, wheel barrow, tires, .... The list goes on and on. The crew was understand of my situation and we're very happy to help! Until next time thanks again read more

I contacted this business yesterday and received a call back shortly from Stacey. They were able to arrange the next day for the pickup and disposal of our large 3 cushion couch and dryer, plus a few additional garbage bags. Both Stacey and Art showed up on time (actually a little early which is even better in my book) and quickly and efficiently had everything loaded in no time. Being unable to assist any with a broken hand, all I had to do was point to what needed to go. I really could not have been happier with the whole experience. True professionals! read more

Excellent! They came by same day on really short notice and were able to clear out my garage super quick.

I just had a massive amount of junk, and damage, by a bad tenant (where is the law to protect landlords). Contacted several hauling companies. This industry attracts flaky people. Pretty easy to stand in this crowd. Mike and Dad's were the most professional and non-creepy. read more

We hired their service based on good reviews. Sadly, we found the workers to rush quickly through the job, not do the work they promised to do, leaving broken glass, pieces of roof, nails and concrete, wood, plastic and other debris from the shed tear down. They even left a saw bi behind! Leaving these items of glass and a saw is, dangerous ~not cleaning the site after the shed tear down is no completing the job ~ and it could hurt someone, especially children and/or pets I felt they were working quickly, without care, rushing the job so it was sloppy. The shed was only 13 by 15, so they could have removed the windows and NOT broken the glass, leaving glass all over our lawn. I walked back to see their work when they said they were done and when I realized it was not done well, they had left broken glass and other debris, I asked them to clean up the glass and debris before they left and they said they would. I thought they had done this clean up and I I foolishly paid them with a generous tip! I only realized after they were starting to leave, when I found their saw bit that they still had left behind, that they had not cleaned up as promised! No integrity. After they left we found a lot of glass and debris left behind and I was so sad and angry to have paid so much money for a job done so poorly. I would give your company a 0 star rating if I could. Please ,if you care about customers as you say you do, I would like the owner to respond so that I can connect directly and tell you about my experience of your company today. I also would like a full refund for the tip I gave these workers. They definitely do not deserve a tip. They should in fact come back out and clean up the mess they left. read more

Fantastic service! We were able to call in the morning and have them come the same afternoon, earlier than expected as well. We were really worried about all the excess junk and 2 couches we really needed to get rid of after our move but the two guys who showed up were able to get the job done very well and quickly at that. Very happy with the service we received and we will definitely use this hauling service again and recommend to others. read more

Great price, friendly, and gives out dog treats - hard to ask for much more.

I hired Mike and Dad's hauling to take away about 2 cubic yards of dirt, gravel, scrap wood, old garbage cans and other misc yard debris. It took 3 guys about 25 minutes to haul it all away, leveling the area and sweeping up all the little debris with rakes. It was a tightly confined area and they were super careful not to damage my fence, water hose or adjacent garden plants. They charged exactly as quoted, which was a very reasonable price. I am so happy to have all of that debris gone, and what a tidy job they did. Thanks guys! We will definitely be using them again for the next project. Highly recommend. read more

Service the way it should be: prompt, courteous, and professional. Mike and Dad's Hauling certainly understands the service industry.

I managed to get a hold them and Sharon texted me to say that their computers have been down for 3 days. Once I had the date to come up to my house to remove a few things from my old house, they were prompt. I pointed out furniture that needed removed and they were DONE in 20 minutes. That was FAST. I do wished they have text numbers available if there were no other means to get a hold of them, especially when there's a deadline to meet. Overall, I'd keep them for future needs read more

I'm not big on Yelp at all, but I do think you should give credit where credit is due. These guys deserve it. We had Mike and Dad's haul away a large pile of yard debris plus some wood debris from a fence replacement today. They communicated really well with pricing and appointment times and were right on time when they came out. Billy and the guy helping him were so friendly and cheerful. They worked really hard and got it all picked up quickly, what they did in minutes would have taken me hours! They also swept up the driveway where the pile was when they were done, which saved me some extra work. Support these guys, they are a true LOCAL company! read more
