They come right to the car to get her, so I don't even have to step out--huge win on busy days. They also send the best report cards, which make it so fun (and reassuring) to see how Pip's day went. But what really sets them apart is how attentive and caring the staff is. Pip had been having some stomach issues, and I mentioned it to them so they could keep an eye on her. They went above and beyond and actually sent me a photo of a concerning stool (not the kind of photo you expect to be grateful for, but here we are). Because of that, I took Pip to the vet right away, and turns out she had a bout of pancreatitis. The vet told me that catching it that early made a big difference and that she's expected to recover quickly. I'm incredibly grateful to the team for paying such close attention and taking the time to communicate with me. It gave me real peace of mind knowing Pip is in such thoughtful, capable hands. They always reach out to us if there is any concern or issue with her. She is always so excited when we drop her off in the morning. They always take the extra mile and come out to my car to pick her up and drop her off. The owners have always been so helpful and thoughtful about giving advice as to her diet as she can be a particular about her food. We can't see ourselves taking her anywhere else except here!

We really love that Ripley gets to stay in a calm, home environment, not a chaotic overcrowded boarding facility. Sierra and Stephanie are professional and caring. You can tell they truly love dogs. My puppy has gone from a timid, anxious dog to a playful dog who loves interacting with other dogs. She's always excited to come here and can't wait to get in on her daycare days. We have also boarded her overnight during travel here, and have never had an issue. Unlike commercial boarding facilities, Sierra focuses on safety for our pup while playing with your pup and giving them attention! She requires all dogs to be fully vaccinated, on flea/heart worm prevention with no behavioral issues. Our dog is always clean when we pick her up and they do a great job keeping the outdoor run area clean so I have not had issues with our dog getting sick from being there. Sierra also sends periodic photos of our pup during the day or when we travel so it's nice to see her doing well. :) Sierra is responsive, with reasonable prices and flexible hours. It is truly our dog's "home away from home!"

Mark's genuine love for dogs and calm confidence immediately stood out--and Chance felt it too. Chance's breed is notoriously stubborn, but he met his match with Mark. Thanks to his training, Chance now comes when called, sits, waits patiently, and won't even cross the street unless given the command. He won't touch his food--no matter how tempting--until you say it's okay. And my absolute favorite? When you say "crate," he walks right in, no questions asked. Mark doesn't just train your dog--he transforms your relationship with them. I can't recommend him highly enough.
