The Manager is called Ian, he is a local guy that's extremely well known in Shawlands, he's been cutting hair for many years. Now I put a message on social media expressing my frustration of the service I'd been given, to which I'm entitled! I've just received an utterly abusive call from him (the owner) to which he ended the conversation "I HOPE YOUR KIDNEY FUCKING FAILS". (IM A KIDNEY TRANSPLANT PATIENT) Now if I'd received a call telling me he couldn't keep our appointment, or if the shop staff had been professional in their dealings with me, there wouldn't have been an issue I think this is shocking behaviour from a business owner and poor customer service from the owner and staff..
