As it's recently opened, there are still a few bits and bobs that need done around the shop but its starting to look good so far and Brian mentioned all the little things he's going to do with the place (He's completed a lot of the refurb by himself). Brian was very friendly and easy to chat to. As he's a local he knew most of the customers by name which was nice. He gave me a great haircut (best I've had from a local barbers) and was dirt cheap, which made me tip him as I felt it was a bit of steal! I'd definitely recommend this barbers and will be back when my hair starts to over grow again.

The staff are peaceful, not intent on blathering, sharing ideas for a comedy show or testing your football knowledge. As a barbers, the cuts are straight-forward and simple, for the most part (at least, mine was), but done efficiently and accurately. Sadly, they couldn't hide the male pattern baldness, so I am sticking to wearing a hat.

Over the years there have been numerous barbers shops opening but closing fairly quickly. It has now become a regular occurrence in the area for Turkish barbers to attempt to swamp the area but to no avail which is shame all guys love a hot towel shave. Notwithstanding that there is one Turkish barbers who seems to have got it right and it is used by mostly teenagers for " tribal" haircuts but I'm way far to old for that, however do we really need 12 barbers in less than a mile of each other

There had been new faces come and go but the service and quality remain exquisite. This is now one of the busiest barbers in the city with almost permanent queues of repeat customers. Now the guys here have prided themselves on a top quality cut be that hair beard or shave. Some might describe primo as hipster but what barbershop doesn't have some hipster staff or customers and if anything it enhances the experience. Location couldn't be better and you rarely have a wait over an hour although that depends on the number of staff on. Now while I finish my coffee and get ready to go for the chop we can finish on the atmosphere. Music banter between staff and customers could not be better. So when you need to get your next trim head down to primo and enjoy the hospitality on offer.
