I arrived and the nice gentleman told me it would take just a few minutes. When I returned he handed both watches back, no charge. The pin just needed straightening, not replacing. I will definitely use Fixology again. Not because it was free, which is an amazing thing, but because even before that, he was fast to respond and friendly and courteous in person.

Called the owner to schedule a repair under warranty and he then advised that he replaced the screen with a LCD, not OLED screen. Despite never disclosing this, he said I would have to deal with the extra heat and tough luck. When I tried to explain that I never would have wanted a LED screen, he started screening on the phone "Don't tell me how to run my business, I'll push this red button on my iPhone and hang up on you." Needless to say, I should have known better because this is a very low quality shop and you get what you pay for. I'd say be careful before doing business here, but when you walk into his little hole in the wall shop which is very rundown, you'll immediately understand what level of businessman you're working with.
