I'd wake up in the morning and feel very nauseous. I could hardly work, look at a computer or even work out. Even putting on shoes was painful. The vertigo was affecting my balance, giving me headaches and making me so nauseous. When I came in, I told them my story and they diagnosed me with positional vertigo and gave me some exercises to do to help the vertigo. Guess what - they worked! I've been doing the workouts every day and so far the vertigo has subsided! Most importantly, besides the exercises they have educated me on vertigo, and potential causes. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who has a physical injury and needs therapy. Excellent treatment in those days -- and it wasn't so hard to get through on the phone back then. Now, I am in pain and probably need surgical revisions. However -- But I cannot find a reasonable way to get through the phone system to make an appointment. I have called and waited hours on the phone, or tried to get a call back and missed the return call. I will have to get my GP to intervene for me, or I will have to go to their urgent care to get help. I probably need to get revisions on my hip replacements -- but it's like getting through to Oz to get any help, any answer on the phone.

To be honest, I wasn't very hopeful that physical therapy would work, but Shane truly worked magic. The traction and massage therapy sessions they did were incredibly effective. Within the very first week, we saw a massive improvement in his movement, and after 4 weeks, he is pretty much pain-free! Shane is an exceptionally dedicated PT who patiently listened to my dad's specific symptoms to target the underlying issue. He made sure my dad was doing just the right exercises, slowly ramping up the effort at a safe pace, and diligently followed up during every single visit. Always friendly, professional, punctual, flexible with scheduling, providing explanation about the therapy. The facility is very clean and the mask policy well observed. CMC joint arthritis is caused by aging and years of overuse, so it is not easy to improve after all damage is done. But the result of physical therapy targeted massaging sessions is beyond expectations to minimize and space out any need for more steroid injections. You can trust Bryan and his team for excellent results, highly recommended!

Whether it's for physical injuries or if you're going through some mental health struggles that are causing physical injuries. My reason for registering myself here (still registered here while writing this) was due to anxiety and stress causing issues in my head, neck and shoulders which all around effected my wellbeing. From my very first appointment (the consultation), I felt very comfortable with the service I'd receive here. I was able to explain all of my issues and even get some relief on the first day! I received my first work out plan too and it was sent to an app that they work with to be able to do your work outs outside of your appointments (MedBridge GO). I started coming twice a week, and I had the same therapist, Kate, for a few appointments and moved to Rachel. Both are amazing and provide great advice, relief for the muscle tenseness that I have, and even encouragement/talk therapy that I'll be okay and get back to normal! You do your workouts here too and they change from time to time (difficulty increases or to work out different muscles) and the support you get is like clock work here! During busy times of the day, I'll have 2 to 4 different Techs trading off my workouts to assist me. So I'm never standing around waiting, I always have support. Everyone is energetic, funny, supportive and any other positive thing I can think of to make physical therapy a physical improvement, but also a mental one too. It's going to be sad when this comes to an end, but that means they did a great job! The staff here are the best of the best!

Unisource was the facility where Dr. G did my surgery and it was great. Dr. Guettler was such an amazing Orthopedic Surgeon. He walked me through the process and was very good with explaining what I needed and what to expect with my recovery. He also was great when it came to my post care follow up. He made sure I was 100% before sending me back to work. I'm so glad I decided to go to the Michigan Orthopedic Surgeons Group and Dr. Guettler! I notified the front desk that since I would not be present at his appointment that I'd like to speak to the new physical therapist to get to know her and ask how the session went. I never received a phone call. After speaking to the therapist, my response was "Well, we don't give out patient information." I reminded her that I'm the patient's parent and he's 5 months old. Speaking to the office manager led to me being told that we missed three appointments (we missed two) and that we would no longer be able to come back. Not happy.
