The pumps are easy to deal with and the parking lot is spacious. The fresh brew iced tea, breakfast sandwiches and burritos, pizza slices, kettle chips (K&G salt and pepper the best) and rewards points are the reasons I return. This location is newer and clean with a walk in beer cooler, a sit down eating area, friendly employees and prices are competitive but fair. What more can you ask for?

We can't forget about that. They have 2 Redbox kiosks outside of this Kum & Go, so it's a very convenient for me to stop here, gas up, grab a movie and a nice cold beverage if you're parched. This area also has a little less traffic, so it's less hectic and road rage filled than going up the street to the nearest QT. They offer pretty much anything you would need at your convenience, a quick snack, cold drinks, lotto scratchers, free air for your tires, ice and plenty of gas pumps. What more can you say? As far as gas stations go, this is what you need. The only thing I would say is that it could be a little cleaner on the outside, but the inside is always nice and in order. The clerks are fast and friendly enough.

Once inside I have never found myself disappointed by their candy and chip selection. All sorts of snacks really, from ramen bowls to Corn Nuts. Only want pink Starbursts? They have that. The staff is great, they always make you feel welcome by saying things like "Hello" and "Have a nice day". All in all I wish there where three maybe four more stars to give!

It's interesting to see how the QT brand evolves over the years. This particular store is a new…read morevariant that I've not seen yet, it's new so it's fresh on the map. On the outside the fueling area is the same as everywhere else, the exterior is slightly changed in appearance, and walking inside you discover a different set up all together. Lots of windows on one side, that's where the cash registers are at now, at the windows and doors abasing the wall, no longer in the middle of the store. The store lay out is very linear and not a maze like others. Coolers and fountains against the walls, shelves in the middle, but straight shelves. The bathrooms are a totally different design. I like these much better. Instead of a group area in the bathroom, there are individual bathroom ROOMS, meaning you have an entry door you can lock, outside is says the room is occupied, and you can do your business without the sounds and such in your own private area. These were down a hallway that led to an outside door, if memory serves, I counted 8 or 10 separate rooms. Very well done. Very clean, very well kept. Inside feels smaller, tho it could just be the layout. The entry is two sets of doors, so now there is a breezeway of sorts, seems it helped to keep the air transfer down from outside to inside. I like the new look and feel.

Along with some attitude. This is better known as ' There is something I could do about it but I'm not going to'. This has happened every time we try to get an advertised discount for the last 2 years. So in at least 2 years or longer this employee has not bothered to ask or be trained to handle this situation to the customers satisfaction. Instead another patron, also female, jumped in and power tripped on me, I informed them both that this was poor customer service, they replied ' Well this a gas station, what do you expect?' What I and any customer do expect is good customer service and to leave the store happy and satisfied instead of being accosted for simply trying to get what was advertised. I would strongly suggest having an under cover shopper visit the Broken Arrow store location with an issue and evaluate how the young lady handles it. It was quite apparent to me that this employee cares nothing to resolve an issue to satisfy a customer.

The front check out is always fast and if not they alway call for back up if three people get in line to get you out the store. The photo lab is always helpful when it come to old film or digital prints, they want ever customers happy with there photos and if they can't do it they will recommend another store that can The pharmacy here gets busy on days but usually fast, helpful with question about medication and relating products and if they don't have it behind the counter they will order it for you but some things they do go by strong DEA regulations but all around good pharmacy
