If you have carpets that need cleaning, look no further! We were beyond pleased with Carpenter's…read moreCleaning Service. I wish we'd taken before and after photos to demonstrate why. We have wool carpeting downstairs and standard carpeting upstairs. The wool carpet was looking a little tired, but the standard carpet, a very light beige color, was bad (stained in many places and grayish from years of family traffic). I'd actually figured it was beyond hope and that we'd need to replace it. But I am not exaggerating when I say that after Carpenter's worked their magic, they looked like new rugs. Night and day. And not only do they do an impeccable job, they are professional, courteous, and very responsive to their customers' needs and level of satisfaction. Proof that small, locally owned businesses like Carpenter's are worth our attention and our business!

(I chose to add this for an added $30 fee.) 2) Professional and friendly. Wesley took time to talk and we got to know each other a bit, all while doing his prep work for cleaning. Having him in my house wasn't uncomfortable at all (it sometimes can be with strangers). I had Wesley come to my house and clean 5 rooms. The carpet, a white Berber, about 10 years old and having suffered through four kids, had never been cleaned. It was actually turning a gross grey. There were severe spots of soda abuse in my teen's room, and possibly clay from kids craft. I knew it wouldn't look new, but I needed better, and that's what Wesley gave me! The less traveled carpets looked REALLY nice and the carpet wearing the heavy traffic was better. The living room was so soiled that it had some funky stripes going on after the initial cleaning. I talked to Wesley about it and he explained that there had been a lot of soil in that one area (indeed there had been). He offered to do it again, charging only the price of gas. That was very nice of him and I appreciated the gesture. I paid him more than the price of the gas because it's not his fault we had never cleaned the carpets before. The second cleaning did the job and the living room looks SO much better!

I'm pregnant and could not handle the task of cleaning it myself. I got a call back from Christal promptly and explained my situation. (I had not had a working oven for a while now and with Christmas upcoming I was hoping to get it done ASAP, but would have waited if I had to). She was very sympathetic to my issue, and made a point to try and get someone from her team out to me ASAP and quoted me fairly for the job. Literally next day her mom (part of her crew), came out to deep clean my oven. She showed up on time, was a very nice person. Took her time cleaning it, and it looks fabulous. I was so put off by this gross oven and now I feel like I can use it!! I'm so grateful. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Scott was one of them and gave us a time frame of about 3 weeks which we thought was pretty good especially since the other company couldn't get to us for over a month. We were looking to have a few semi-flush mounted light fixtures, a ceiling fan and chandelier above the stairs replaced, and an outlet added so that we could move our TV above the fireplace. Scott was very professional and worked quickly. I was both pleased and surprised that he even changed his shoes before coming in the house and swept up after himself. I was also very thankful that he was able to fix an incorrectly installed ceiling fan that could have come down at any time (our baby is obsessed sitting under and watching our ceiling fan when it is on). He is priced fairly, does great work in a timely manner, and cleans up after himself. What more can you ask for? I would not hesitate to recommend his services and I will definitely be contacting him for future projects.
