Mostly surplus and scratch and dent, with an emphasis on food and drink. I even buy slightly expired stuff sometimes and have had good luck with it. He saw me walking and literally locked eyes on me and never tried to stop pushing his carts directly into me. He never apologized, said excuse me, or made any attempt to say sorry for making me RUN out of the way when I was walking on the sidewalk. I had to run into traffic coming in the street out front. Absolute insanity.
