Sadly, after they sold it, I will never spend a single penny at this store. The other reviews about the new owners attitude and personality are no lie. I had my first interaction with her when I worked at Mcdonalds when I was 16. She had come through the drive thru, and had gotten upset that her cup was not full. Which was correct, it was about an inch off from being full. However, as I tried to understand what was going on(the ice machine was empty) she became angry at me and accused me of having an attitude and being rude. She eventually got so upset she decided to threaten throwing the drink on the ground in front of my face after telling her I couldn't take it back due to health violations(I also told her I would make her another one for free), and the proceded to ask for my name so she could complain to corporate. When I served on her in later times she continued to hold a grudge, e.g. giving me a dirty look and snatching the receipt out of my hand. I would like to say the general manager of Mcdonalds at the Portland store witnessed the first interaction and assured me I did no wrong. After reading other reviews on Kimberly's behaviour, I'm glad to realize I'm not the only one who has experienced this. Treating a 16 year old like that was completely unaccaptable. I'm almost 20 now, but I still remember that interaction like it was yesterday. I do not recommend this store to anyone I know, and instead tell them what I've written here. I would think twice before giving this lady any of your money.
