My wife fell and broke her hip and i had to get a different bed frame lower to the floor for her. I took sleigh bed frame back to donate it back to them. Manager said they couldnt take it because the middle brace had metal brackets on it. Its supposed to have hooks on it but they were gone off middle support when i bought the frame. When i bought it the middle support wasnt even attached. When i got it hime i had to go buy brackets to attach it. They wanted to chatge me a disposal fee. I think its pretty sad i bought it and no one told me the support would not attach and now want to charge me to take something i bought there. I will never go back.

I would not shop there again if it was the last store for 100 miles. The owner changes vendors more than her underwear and can't tell the truth to save her life about anything and constantly brings her personal drama into the business. It's also sad that she will support and advertise other businesses more than she will her own shop vendors. This used to be an amazing place. NOT anymore since the current owner took it over. Don't waste your time shopping there and if I were a vendor, I'd think twice about vending there too since she can't seem to keep vendors either.
