Anyways, I went a few places in Bowling Green and got what i thought were really low offers plus i really hate being at a pawn shop, I just dont feel comfortable there. So when i saw this place i figured what the heck, its downtown at least so it must be better than a pawn shop right? I was right, they were so nice and it was a nice office. Right off the bat i knew that i would get a better offer just based off of the enviornment, I was right again! The best offer i got from the pawn places was $1200......We bought the ring new for $7,500 plus tax. These guys offered me $3200 along with a snickers bar lol. Go see them, they know what their doing and were very professional.

I asked if the payment had simply not been entered previously because I overheard her apologizing to the employee I had originally worked with. Instead of clarifying the situation, she told me that I had missed an appointment on Monday and implied that this was the reason for the issue. However, I never scheduled a Monday appointment. My only appointment was on Wednesday, and I arrived on time. Then she tells me that she doesn't enter the payment information until the item has been picked up... When I questioned this, the employee gave me what I felt was an unprofessional response and continued staring at me rather than addressing my concern. I explained that I was uncomfortable with the way the situation was being handled, collected my silver, and left. The issue itself was minor and could have been resolved easily, but the customer service and communication during the interaction left a negative impression. When I arrived I had intentions to purchase more items, but after the way I was treated I figured I'd be better off taking my money elsewhere... and you would be too.

My wife fell and broke her hip and i had to get a different bed frame lower to the floor for her. I took sleigh bed frame back to donate it back to them. Manager said they couldnt take it because the middle brace had metal brackets on it. Its supposed to have hooks on it but they were gone off middle support when i bought the frame. When i bought it the middle support wasnt even attached. When i got it hime i had to go buy brackets to attach it. They wanted to chatge me a disposal fee. I think its pretty sad i bought it and no one told me the support would not attach and now want to charge me to take something i bought there. I will never go back.
