On a whim through a search for a place to eat, my wife found this new restaurant not far from the Marble Arch. What a find. First impressions matter and the warm welcome by the hostess really set the tone for all the great service we received the rest of the evening. Ambience was casual but classy. I even Shazam-ed several background music tracks. But onto the food...
For starters, we had the phylo dough filled with mozzarella and pastrami. Yes. Pastrami...with some sweet and sour sauce. Was light and delicious. The entrees were the lamb chops with pomegranate glaze (perfectly cooked) and the skewered chicken (with many spices and flavors). Also order a beet goat cheese with mixed greens, walnuts and fig side salad. All meals were truly a treat for the senses. Oh...also had the flatbread with spiced olives. Yummy. Dessert was a pistachio almond cake. Not too sweet so we really enjoyed.
Please give this place a try no matter what your taste is. Services is great. Menu has so many choices...even a burger. read more
