Horrible experience do not buy a vehicle from this place. I purchased an Escalade ESV six weeks ago and the transmission went out. I did purchase this vehicle AS IS but there is no way that this problem surfaced in six weeks and I never would've purchased a vehicle with transmission issues. I was told that the suv passed inspection as well as servicing. If that is truly the case whoever inspected it lied. These people are frauds. I contacted the used car manager Megan Bruzzese by phone and email and she has yet to return my call or email. It's going to cost me 3300 dollars to get this truck fixed. I could've kept my Lexus instead of trading it in. These people are totally unprofessionsl, dishonest and shady. It would be in your best interest to run as far away from them as you can. I don't expect them to fix the truck but as a sign of good faith they could've offered at least a thousand dollars toward repairs since I've only had the truck for six weeks. Never again will I do business with them and you shouldn't either!!! The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn't leave a zero rating. Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. I only owed 2900 on my Lexus now I have a 15,000 dollar vehicle that needs 3300 dollars worth of work. read more

I purchased my Volvo XC90 from this dealership when it was Segna, and I have to say that after MAG took over, customer service went down hill in a hurry. I took it to them over the course of a year and a half, with the same "symptoms." They fixed everything but what was really wrong, eventually having a "spark plug stripped and un-threadable." How does that happen by itself, especially when all services that are required have been done by a Volvo technician? So, when I finally got the car to the service department and the estimate was going to be 5400. (on a five year old car) I looked around to find someone else who had another alternative; even looking at a used engine. MAG wouldn't even look for cheaper parts. AND, when I had AAA called to tow my car to another location, they wouldn't release the car until I paid them 180.00 as a "check out fee" to tell me something was wrong with the car. Really? I can add in a positive, that they only charged me 119.00 (Basic diagnostic fee) as they "do not check on cars for free." Next time I purchase a brand new car with cash as an investment and life-line for myself from a dealership, I'll make sure that they are too, just as courteous and customer service oriented as MAG. Doesn't seem like they care once you buy the car and drive away. Recently bought a 2011 CPO BMW. First off finance specialist tried to refuse to sell me the vehicle with out buying GAP had to pretty much call out his lie to move on. Second issue is that they never cleared off any of the previous owners information from the Idrive system (phone numbers of friends and family, also addresses) when I called them about it they didn't care about it just sorry and that's not something they review in CPO process (another lie according to BMW of NA) I'm sure they didn't let the previous owner know either. The last bit where I'm saying they don't care once your off the lot is been trying to work with them on continued issue with the vehicle, and they once in a blue moon will actually call me. Usually entails them saying they will call me back I wait a week for what was suppose to be a call next day to get another we will call you back. Overall wouldn't recommend them or go to them in the future for any new vehicles or service. read more

I've always avoided MAG, mainly because they are terrible on pricing trade-ins. This time I didn't have a trade, so I thought I'd give them a try. The finance manager was great.....Picked up my new Maserati, and the speedometer was set to kilometers per hour, instead of miles per hour. After reviewing the manual, trying the easy fixes, which neither worked, I sent an email to my salesman. He answered quickly, with an abrupt "it's in the settings", which, of course, it wasn't. Still a significantly better experience than Byers Imports (which would get negative stars if possible), but disappointing, none the less. read more

Would not ever go back to MAG porsche. Their mechanics are incompetent. I took my porsche cayman for its 33,000 mile checkup. What I got back was a damaged car 2 days later. I was driving my cayman and the check engine light came on. I had noticed a rubber tube in front that looked cut open and was leaking white fluid. Didn't think much of it and then the check engine light came on. I called MAG right away and they said they didn't have any appointments available. I told them I am bringing it in anyways because that tube was not there when I first brought the car in 2 days ago. They were rude and on top of that they gave me a crappy non-porsche rental with a cracked front windshield and smelled like someone had smoked several packs of cigarettes. The fixed the car which I looked up online and discovered it was a temperature sensor that they had damaged. They did not explain what happened. Nor did they even apologize for their mistake. Terrible dealership. I guess they only take care of people who pay more than $100,000 for their cars. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE SHOP AND DEALERSHIP! I sent my Rolls Royce to this place the first time for service to do the brake pads and there was a rattle noise they kept my car for more than a month because they had to "wait" for the parts to come from England. I didn't say anything that time i just let it go and so i thought i would give them another chance so i sent my other Rolls Royce for front brake pads and two tires on the rear. They kept it for 11 days to just do that. I called Theresa to just ask if my car was done and she told me no and that was the 9th day so i told her i need my car done that day because i needed it and she said i can ship it to you now , but it is not done. She was so rude and i cannot believe the way she talked to me when i am paying to have my car fixed so i asked for her boss and of course he denied everything and he is worse than Theresa. Basically he just wanted to hang up on me because they are "busy" and i shouldn't ask if my car is done after being there for 11 days for getting brakes and tires done on my Rolls Royce. I called for the General Manager and do you think if this was a decent dealership he or she would call me? No one has not called me seems to me they don't care about their customers experiences and the reputation of the company. I will never recommend this company to anyone EVER the only thing they care about is to take your money and not care about getting the work done. read more

Let me start by saying we love Audis.. we have 3 of them now, we have been going to MAG for several years for oil changes and warranty/recall issues. They have been very professional in the past (except for when they scraped our radio up while trying to fix another recall issue)but as of November 1st 2017 my opinion has changed!! I received an email from MAG Audi of Dublin OH stating parts for a safety campaign/airbag inflator recall on our 2012 Audi Q5S were in and to call and make an appointment. I proceeded to call the service department at MAG of Dublin and made my appointment 1 month in advance. The service technician even put me on hold so he could check the specific recall on our vehicle to make sure he had the parts needed to do the repair or see if they would be in by November 1st.I scheduled for November 1st at 3:30.. this was the latest appointment available due to the fact the mechanics leave by 5:00 and this recall would be a two hour job.We arrived at MAG (we live an hour away from MAG)for our very far in advance appointment 10 minutes early and they proceeded to tell me I had never scheduled the appointment!!!! "Are u kidding me ," I stated. "Please look again because I scheduled for this service weeks ago!!" They looked and said the same thing!! They said they didn't even have the parts in for that repair and that there was nothing they could do to help us. No apologies whatsoever!! They made some loyal MAG customers feel very let down and like they couldn't give a crap whether we got good service or not!! They told us we need to start getting a confirmation number over the phone to verify we made the appointment, since when should u have to do that??? Do u make an appointment at the doctors office and ask for a confirmation number??? No!! They should be sending the customer a confirmation by email or text or something.. shouldn't be put on the customer when they screwed up!! All of the men in the service area were arrogant and just looked at us like we were idiots, needless to say we wasted an hour there and an hour back home and have nothing to show for it!! We have to schedule with A different Audi certified dealer to have our airbag fixed and take another two hour trip to a different dealer because I refuse to go back to MAG Audi of Dublin OH!!! Oh and I will be making my appointment online so I can get a confirmation number back by email so I don't have this problem again.. don't trust that your appointment is really in existence if you make a phone call to this business (MAG Dublin OH) .. we found out the hard way!! Traveling to the Quarter Horse Congress Oct. 7-9, I experienced car trouble with my VW. The check engine light was on and it was running rough. I was lucky to find MAG open on Saturdays and willing to take my car on short notice. They correctly diagnosed the issues, fixed enough to get me safely home, and gave detailed instructions for my local dealer to finish up. They kept me informed, loaned me a 2012 Passat for the day, and even washed my car! I would defintely go there again. I've taken my VW to get serviced at MAG twice, and both times had excellent experiences. The first service was when I found my wheel lock key was missing and needed to get my tires replaced. MAG's parts department didn't have any extra keys on hand, but they gave me 4 free wheel bolts and sent me over to the service department who changed out the wheel locks for free as well. I was in and out in 30 minutes, $0 out of pocket for fixing the other dealer's screw up (either the other dealer hadn't given me the key when I bought the vehicle, or they lost it during one of the service visits). The 2nd service was when I had a check engine light come on. My usual dealer couldn't fit me in until the next week, but MAG had a slot open the same day. I went to MAG, they told me the part (exhaust valve flap) was under warranty, and they fixed it same day then washed the car. Again, $0 out of pocket. Their service dept. has won me over, and I'm definitely going to consider them first for my next vehicle. read more

Frank (in particular) explained everything to me and was diligent in calling me throughout the day to update me on the progress of repairs and service and to ask me questions. They were very responsive and had my repair done quickly. The service rep offered me a free ride back to my hotel if I needed it. Instead, I had coffee and did work there while I waited. I can't give it a zero so here is a 1 out of 5 score. Yes they did the work for a maintenance service, but also altered my car by adding advertisements and scratching it!! They added license plate holders in front and rear (advertising for Mag) Without authorization! Then stated they always do that! I will never use them again. Took 6 hours to do routine maintenance with an appointment. Bobby C said he should have told about advertisement license plate holders but forgot. He stated the default response is to add advertisements to the car unless you say otherwise, but that he "forgot" to let us know. Couldn't make us whole once car was altered and scratched by the mechanic adding their advertisements. I'll never use them again. 300 dollars over the original estimate by cross selling services not needed or recommended in the manufacturer service recommendation. Nothing but marketing and sales for draining your cash!!! Go elsewhere for sales and service. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!! Bad and unethical. read more

We were traveling through Columbus and blew a top radiator hose. This occurred on a Sunday. The truck was towed to MAG auto Land Rover in Dublin, Oh. I met with the service advisor (Jody) Monday AM. He managed to have the repairs completed by 3:00pm Monday. The group worked us into their schedule, despite being short handed (one service technician was on paternity leave). Yet again MAG exceeded my expectations!! My VW Beetle convertible (which I recently purchased from them) headlamp bulb went so was advised by the very helpful parts department to book it in with them to have it replaced, as it was a complex task to do myself. I went on-line that night and very easily booked in a date and time to have the work done (next day). Upon arrival my car was whisked off and I was directed to the waiting lounge, which had a TV and free refreshments. Not only was my bulb replaced but they also conducted a free multi-point inspection which included checks for fluid levels, brake pads, tire pressure etc., as well as washing the car!! Wow, I've never received this kind of service from the various other dealers I have dealt with over the years, thanks again MAG for great customer service. read more

I have dealt with MAG Dublin for several years having purchased my first BMW, a 325ci there. Up until about 100,000 miles, I had all my routine service and warranty work done there. I was always pleased with the quality of the work, the friendliness of the staff, and the ease in scheduling. When necessary, I requested a "loaner car" and was always extended that courtesy without an extra charge. On a couple of occasions, I was allowed to drive a 5 series! Maybe they were hoping I would buy one. Ha! So, ***** (5 stars) for these interactions with MAG. First rate. After 100,000 miles and no more warranty, I did get my routine oil changes at Valvoline Instant Oil Change places because of the convenience. A couple of other small part replacements were conducted at a private service garage with an excellent reputation. Again, this was done more for convenience and not because of any poor experience at MAG. The only gripe I had with my 325ci, which had 10,000 miles on it as a MAG service car when I bought it of the MAG lot, was that it apparently had had some body damage that had been repaired. Not a issue (not noticeable anyway) until late in its life when some rust appeared in the repaired area. It's "buyer beware", I know, but this did sour me a bit with MAG. So, *** (3 stars) for this. ***** (5 stars here): However, I just purchased a new 2014 428i xdrive from MAG Dublin. Mr. Yasser Elghadban was the sales representative and he was great! I stopped by MAG to just have a look a this new series when it came into inventory. I was impressed but not yet ready to buy without further research. I must say that Yasser was attentive but not overbearing by contacting me on occasion to ask if I needed any additional information. I eventually reached the point that a test drive was in order. Yasser arranged that and he accompanied me on a very thorough drive. He kept pointing out the many features and encouraged me to "give it a good go" (and I did!). Love the car. Absolutely a blast to drive. It has so many means to accommodate many different driving styles---from conservative gas conserving to an all out sport thrill and much in between. The excellently engineered four-cylinder turbocharged engine is amazing! (Do you expect anything less from German engineering?) It is such a 'giving" engine for its displacement. That sold me on the car. Good gas mileage, too, in "Eco" mode. Yasser and I discussed the purchase price. He was very open and patient. I ended up purchasing a 2014 428i xdrive that was in stock and took delivery THAT SAME DAY. What a thrill. I have enjoyed driving it ever since. It is so much fun to drive. Thanks. read more

Felt as if he didn't want to be bothered setting up an appointment for the Saab. Was doubting that I even had a warranty when I told him that I had been taking my car to Cincinnati!
