They took time to go over the handguns, having us test and hold each one. Next, they went over gun safety, had us practice several times with each gun. Answered all questions, and never once made us feel like we were asking a dumb question. Next, they accompanied us into the shooting range and stayed with us for quite awhile while my husband and I shot. Helpful, informative and worked with us on all aspects of shooting. Never once, did we feel rushed during any of the direction or training. The best part is that they don't sell guns so you get honest and open information and opinions about what would be good for you without an agenda. Despite being cleared under identical circumstances just weeks to months prior. The manager Jan and the crew get the benefit of the doubt regarding the denial itself as thats not their call, but their lack of compassion and compensation is unacceptable. They sold my fully paid rifle, kept the entire profit, and offered no percentage of the profit they unfortunatly made from my major misfortune. As a young father needing protection for my newborn son, Roman, losing my life savings and that essential security was devastating. They definetly did not care to keep me protected or retain my business with any urgency or generousity. I expected accountability for this unresolved transaction before the store closed, but I received none.

A few days after ordering, we noticed she made a typo with her number on the order. When we called to correct this, we were told it was taken care of and that the number would be updated. After a couple more days of no updates, my girlfriend decided to go in store to speak with someone. The number was never updated until she physically went into the store. She was also told that the process hasn't ended and the firearm was on its way. After another week of silence, I decided to call to try and get updates. I was told by an employee that the order still said pending on their end and that I should get in contact with the inventory manager. After several unsuccessful attempts to get ahold of the manager, I was told I couldn't talk to the manager due to an emergency and that they were giving me a refund. I have no receipt or anything that I could track the refund with, just a store employee's word. I have yet to be contacted regarding this inconvenience.
