I purchased a firearm online and had it sent to this location because it was the closest location to me, and I'm very glad I did... They have a huge store! Anice selection of firearms, and an impressive gun range! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They seem to value their customers and actually care about helping you find what you need, or offer to order things for you. Most pleasant store and range experience I've had thus far. Don't plan on going anywhere else from now on! (They also have firearms available to try out at the range for a small fee. This is the best range in the Toledo area. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, the trainers are awesome. I love shooting at the range and I have learned a lot and my shooting has improved greatly because of the pistol lessons and the wonderful instructors. read more

Great location, facility is very nice, some of the staff are arrogant, not friendly at all. Especially the ones monitor the shooting lanes. Sunday, April 28th, I went to the shooting range with my son, there's a kid with a moustache that rude, arrogant, unprofessional with a gun. his behavior was repelling, and disrespectful. I have been on their e-mail list, and they sent out a promotion on 12/13/22, expiration date 12/31/22. 5 shooting range visits for $75. I drove there to buy one on 12/27/22, and they said they were all sold out. I couldn't figure out how they could sell out of these- the shooting stalls are there. I asked them if they can just provide the offer on letterhead. The man there said he didn't know and asked me for my number, he said someone would call me. It is 12/30/22 and nobody has called me. Down at the bottom of their email message there is a note that promotions are good until 12/31/22 and good while available. I guess this was kind of like the ol bait and switch from the 70s. This offer seems disingenuous. They didn't run out of shooting stalls- those are still there. But they limited the medium for which they sell the promotion, and didn't mention that in the email. If the email read "Only 50 available, you better come quick!" I could maybe understand that. But it didn't. I don't do business with companies that are disingenuous. read more

Place looks nice and might be. But not worth a 2 hour wait for a lane. Especially when over half of their available lanes were "reserved" empty at their admittingly busiest time frame. And for what? Incase someone wanted to book a private session with a trainer. Total waste of my gas. I won't make this mistake again! read more

I've been a member here for almost a year. The staff in Sylvania has been awesome. They are very knowledgeable and have helped me a lot with minor gun issues (loose screws, jamming, etc). The training has been geared to my level (beginner) and Alex has been very patient and observant, helping me to get a better grip with my small hands. The range is always clean and the staff always smiling; range supervision is great and always happy to give asked for advice. Highly recommend this to all new and experienced shooters alike. read more

Nice place. Lots of employees seemingly doing nothing yet only one guy checking folks in for lanes. 6 people waiting in line. Maybe will shop here because they do have a very good selection of firearms & accessories and interactions with the salespeople were good. read more

There is inadequate supervision of the range. Employees not trained properly in range protocols. If there are any rules for safety, they are not enforced. Have used the range several times and do not feel safe while shooting. Have seen people waving their loaded firearms about behind the shooting lines. Have seen blood injuries not being attended to. Again, lack of employee training. Also putting AR's next to people shooting 22's is disconcerting. No regulations. It's hard to concentrate when the lane next to you is blasting away with a high powered firearm. The concussion is devastating. They need to isolate the high powered rifles in a different section from the pistols. They have the space. So after the last session, I have decided to boycott this facility and not put my life and my family's lives in danger again. My son, an avid gun enthusiast, agrees with my assessment. He's willing to travel a distance, rather than to shoot in a dangerous environment. Although he will still enjoy the showroom and take advantage of some of the few and far between sales. For myself, it's not worth the financial savings, if any. read more

It's a great place to go and shoot with friends and family. The staff are great and it's a wonderful experience with their tactical training and buying a firearm! Sundays seem to be very busy so for you first time I'd definitely recommend a week day for your first visit.There membership perks are wonderful! It's something I would definitely would look into for more active shooters especially if you wanna get your friends, kids , or spouse into the world of guns.
