This is absolutely bullshit.... they obviously have no idea what they are doing.

I frequently have missed pickups and I have to report several times and they may decided to pick up the container. They claim when they miss a service day due to weather they will pick up the next day or in 48 hours. This is certainly not the case. My most recent missed pick up was 3/20/22. 3 reports and nothing. How hard is it for a single driver to pull up along side my cart and press a button that picks it up and dumps it in the back??? He doesn't even get his hands dirty. My neighbors have actually stopped by to ask me if I'm ok and why my trash container sat on the curb all week and was not stowed away. Embarrasing !
