WOW, I can not describe how happy I am with Roof Wiz! The quote and presentation was perfect, everything was presented and explained about the roof system, warranty and the time frame. My wife and I have an older home, Andy and his crew took the time to cover the sides of the home to protect the siding from debris while stripping the roof, tarps on the ground. Perfect wonderful roof when they were done. Gabe and Andy communicated with us, kept us informed, start to finish. Lots of follow up afterwards as well to insure our satisfaction. Did I mention they are very punctual also?? Great company!

We had two really bad winters right in a row and had to call Future Roofing twice to help us with…read moreice dams that developed in our gutters and roof edge at our second home in Michigan. This caused leaking and problems and in 2013 they came out to cut trenches in the ice to allow melted ice to run off the roof and not into the house through the windows and ceiling. We thought the unusually cold and snowy winter was the cause and then the problem happened again this year even though our insurance company inspected the roof and said it was fine, just needed more insulation. Since we don't live there year round - we wanted to solve the problem once and for all so we got a recommendation from Future Roofing. We absolutely thought we would need a new roof and planned to spend lots of cash but their recommendation was so reasonable and he said this will solve the problem for us or they would be back - no charge! They came out to do the work and returned the next time we were in town to settle up and provide us with the invoice and warranty. Every interaction we've had with Future Roofing for the past two years has been so professional and positive - everyone should do business the way they do. I actually hope we never have to call them again but would refer them in a second to anyone with roofing or construction needs.
