I responded for a new quote, which they provided - again without actually seeing the house or roof. The second official quote was about $1,000 more than they had in their mailer. He came to my house the next day to look at and measure the roof for the quote, which he provided a day later. I had already received a few quotes. His quote was competitive, and he struck me as a trustworthy person; his explanation of what his crew would need to do and how they would do it fell in line with my expectations based on my roofing experience. When his crew showed up, they were ready to work. They worked fast and efficiently, while paying attention to the smallest details. They had the entire job done in one day. The roof looks great. The cleanup was amazing. The concern for my flowerbeds, windows, deck and balcony was obvious. I paid him for most of the job, but held back some money until the window was repaired. They eventually had the window repaired and nailed plyboard over the window until it was replaced. When they reinstalled it, the rollup shade and screen (which had been locked into the window frame) were lying inside on the floor. Ken has not offered to repair the nail holes. I will not hire this company again
