I…read morenever thought I would be writing a review of a recycling and trash company, but they do such a good job I was motivated to give them the credit they have earned. We have six, three story, apartment buildings with trash cans designated on each floor and recycling bins in the garage. This company has been so reliable and the men appear to be very hard, dependable workers. They also clean and sanitize our trash cans periodically and are excited to provide that service. Today for the first time ever, our condo management sponsored a shredding service through Always Green. They set up on time and we were not only encouraged to bring any documents that needed shredding, but we could actually watch them being shredded on a small TV screen on their truck. Always Green you do a great job and thank you for being part of our condo family

I asked how long the promotional price would be good he stated one year. Then i asked how much after that, he stated $48 per quarter all in. He asked if we would like to sign up, I stated yes, he took all my information and then asked for me to enter my credit card. This man was someone just knocking on my door and I could not verify he actually worked for Aspen and the website he was asking me to put my credit card in did not mention Aspen Waste on it. I stated I would be happy to sign up, but I need to verify he worked for the company before giving out my credit card card. I called the service line but of course it was 630 at night so they were gone. I left a message stating the person saying The contacted me and asked them to call me back. I stated I would like to sign up, but I did not want to give out my credit card information not knowing who this person was and the website he wanted me to enter it into on his phone did not say Aspen Waste. The person who called me back stated the only way I could get the "door knocker price." was to sign up with him I explained the situation carefully and stated I was not comfortable giving my credit card information to him that night, but I would gladly give it to them now. She said I would have to pay the full contract for if I wanted to sign up now I asked if he could come back and she said they are no longer in the neighborhood. I then contacted the customer service manager for St. Louis Kim and explain the situation to her. She stated she cannot give me the door knocker price, I would now need to pay regular price. I did not consider that very fair or very good customer service . So they did not gain another customer very disappointed. But looking at other reviews shown here it looks like maybe I shouldn't sign up with them anyhow.

It would be nice if they at least put something out on their website or social media stating who the business was sold to. I now have a full dumpster in the alley behind my business and no way of getting rid of it.

More than a year ago, they discontinued our service (unannounced) they are still sending invoices…read moreevery month. Several calls and emails have gone unanswered. Don't know if they're still in business, but definitely something shady going on either way
