We hired college hunks for our move from Brentwood to Webster Groves. Do not use them under any…read morecircumstance. Horrible customer service, terrible moving, an absolute rip off of your money. They shattered our TV that they wrapped. Tooked them 2 1/2 hours to load out stuff from Brentwood. Moved slower than I could even imagine, after all they get paid by the house. They called us out multiple times to tell us that they broke stuff, including two buffets. They left without putting together one of our beds that we paid for them to do. We don't even have the hardware to do it ourselves after they moved it for us. We called the office to try to talk to a manager, it took three times to be able to connect with someone. They said they would call us back between 3 to 5 days, and then we could file a claim. The worker said that we were gonna get a big discount, but we didn't see that on the invoice. Have yet to hear from a manager. Absolutely terrible service that you do not want to have to deal with.
