Tony did ok for water mitigation after a water leak, but for RESTORATION, it was over 10 months, and they basically did everything wrong in my home bouncing between multiple unskilled, unreliable managers. My glue down vinyl floor wasn't installed properly with horrible workmanship, slices in tiles that cut your feet (see photo) that the entire floor had to be ripped out and redone twice. Floor still has issues with tiles popping up for no reason. The house was left with sawdust and splinters all over. Debris clogging vents and furnace got impacted with saw dust, causing costly furnace repair. Quartz countertop was ruined with scratches, stains, and superglue all over the underside (see photo) from having to detatch and reattach the counter several times because of their incompetence (forgetting to mount sink). They turned down professional recommendations and offered to sand the countertop 'in place", not even knowing the quartz dust is toxic. Cabinets installed were darker shade and unmatched style, had to correct, and sides of cabinets are scratched and banged up. Electric for garbage disposal installed improperly twice. Basement insulation installed improperly, still falling down. Walls (see photo) and closets painted only partially in non matched color. Seriously, they left it like that calling it "done". Trim and baseboards have noticeable slices in wood. They're installed and painted very poorly. I would NEVER recommend EcoClean for anything and caution anyone who uses them.

I bought a Groupon for an 8-room cleaning and scheduled an appointment a week in advance. The appointment was for any time during a two-hour window between 1 PM and 3 PM. We stayed around waiting all the way until 6 PM. We called both numbers listed on their web site and left voicemails at each asking to call us back and let us know what was going on. Still no response. I'm glad Groupon offers refunds. I do still need the carpets cleaned, of course. I think this time around I'll just pick a well-reviewed place here on Yelp and pay normal price - much more worth it than wasting hours of my life waiting on a no-show.

The original technician who came out was not pleasant at all, barely spoke any English, and left…read moreour dishwasher disassembled after staying that he would need to order parts. I called the company to request that they send out someone else when the parts came in, and was initially told that I had no choice to have the original technician, because he was the only one who worked in my area. When I said I would just write a negative review about the service, then I was finally assigned a new technician. The second technician who came out also barely spoke any English and did not thoroughly test that the machine was working before he left because, even though the panel light come on, nothing runs when the start button is pressed. We immediately called the company to tell them that the dishwasher still wasn't fixed and they required that we send them video proof before they would send someone back out again (even though the technician had JUST left, they didn't bother to have him return). As of now, we still do not have a functioning dishwasher and we don't know when the company will be sending out another technician. Very unhappy with the service so far, and definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone.
