5 FULL STARS!!!!!!…read more James, the owner is a Master Plumber and was fantastic! So professional and so honest (which is vary rare these day). Pricing was Great and I paid less than quoted even because it took him less time to complete the job! He not only did the work I requested but checked other areas as well and pointed things out and even fixed it like the leaking dishwasher line and improperly installed garbage disposal hose. He went above an beyond for my unique circumstance where our old sewer line had collapsed and he brought a city inspector out before the job to discuss approving rerouting the piping BEFORE he started and before quoting me. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and for less than expected. I truly appreciate the straightforward, honest, upstanding guy he is. When you use this company you are getting the work completed and backed by the owner and not run of the mill employees. I will not only use him again but I will also HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for all your plumbing needs. GREAT JOB JAMES - Darrell Denney Plumbing!!!!!!

Darrell Denny is one of the Leavenworth plumbers that the locals know to call and trust. He's done…read moreseveral jobs around my house and does them right. He really went the extra mile on our sewer line to prevent our basement floor being tore up years ago. If I had to search for a caveat, occasionally he has rescheduled an appointment because he's so busy. Regarding a previous negative review, I personally have not ever been cheated by Darrell or smelled alcohol on his breath. He's a standup guy.

Weeks earlier, I'd had one less-than ideal experience with a different plumber based in Olathe, and…read morebecause I have a very small budget for home improvements, I shopped around extensively in the K.C. area to find an experienced licensed plumber I could rely upon to install a replacement utility sink and replace my tub faucet. Alfonso showed up right on time with his helper, and they knocked out my needs-done list in under 3 hours. Not dirt cheap, but having already gotten other free estimates nearly double his, I was very pleased to get both needs done in one visit at a price I could afford. They also did a very good cleanup, so I didn't have to.

Paid $240 Upfront and the Job Is Still Not Finished…read more I hired Razo's Plumbing to replace an outside faucet while new siding was being installed on my house. The plumber came out and explained that he could not install the new faucet at that time because of the siding work. He removed the old faucet and told me he would come back to install the replacement. I paid $240 upfront for the job. Once I had the new 1/2-inch MIP faucet ready, I contacted him and sent him a picture. He told me, "I can stop by this Friday." Friday came and he did not show up. Since then, I have repeatedly texted asking when he is coming back. My messages have gone unanswered. It has now been two weeks, the job I paid for is still unfinished, and I am left trying to chase down the plumber just to get a response. I understand that schedules change. What I do not understand is taking full payment upfront, promising to return, not showing up, and then ignoring repeated messages from a customer. I have screenshots of the communication showing the promised return date and my multiple attempts to follow up. At this point, I simply want the job I paid $240 for completed or my money refunded. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Razo's Plumbing

We have been in the middle of major reconstruction on a home and are looking to go all-electric for…read moreefficiency; this has meant a lot of changes for the better. We talked to several plumbing sources locally about going all-electric, focusing on a high-efficiency water heater, as well as moving our water lines, Everest provided an easy quote and an option to get the installation done in a timely manner. We went with an AO Smith Vortex XE Heatpump waterheater and the installation was incredibly smooth. The plumbers were efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and the install looks nice. The home had prior had the water heater in a central closet that divided a lot of space; by moving the water lines, we were able to put it into a back utility closet and this opened up a hallway and provided for a better overall floorplan. It was easy working with Everest.

(it was only two years old) at the cost of $500.00. I contacted the technician who installed the control board originally to check it out. He had the furnace running in about 5 minutes There was nothing wrong with the part. he rewired the unit. The tech from Everest Heating & Cooling had the unit wired wrong when he replaced the blower unit. Thank God I got a second opinion.
